I found them last summer when I was desperate for help after my previous dentist's work on my front implant crowns caused discomfort and left me needing significant cosmetic correction, less than two months before my wedding. I was missing one of my front crowns entirely, while the other would later need to be removed and redone. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and so worried I wouldn't have my smile back in time for my wedding. What stood out to me immediately was how caring and helpful they were before I had even stepped into the office. When I called to explain my situation, they listened with so much compassion and urgency and made me feel genuinely cared for right away. They worked quickly to get me scheduled and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help. From my very first appointment, the entire team went above and beyond. Dr. Isakov took the time to explain every step to me. He used digital scanning to quickly send images to the lab and personally followed up to ensure my front crown would look natural, feel comfortable, and be the most hygienic, long-term solution for my implants. He was able to rush everything through for me, and I was absolutely blown away that my crown came back perfect on the first try. With just a few weeks to spare before my wedding, I had the new crown placed and finally felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders. Fast forward to now, I recently had my other front crown re-done and once again had a quick, easy experience. I've also had cleanings and a filling done here, all with the same high level of expertise and comfort every time. Beyond the incredible dental work, the entire staff is just amazing. Every time I walk in, they know me by name and show such genuine care. Everyone is so kind, and it's clear they truly enjoy being there. The office is beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. They're incredibly responsive and accommodating, with great availability, which has made it easy to get seen when needed. The entire team is friendly, skilled, and compassionate. Every single visit over the years has been a positive experience. What stands out the most to me is Dr. Salem's incredible attention to detail, intelligence, and kindness. While attending Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine in Newark, NJ, he entered the Naval Reserve Dental Program and was commissioned as an Ensign. In August 1981, he attended Officer Indoctrination School at the Naval Education and Training Center in Newport, RI. After graduating from Rutgers in 1982, Dr. Benson reported to the Naval Regional Dental Center, Naval Station, San Diego, CA and then in 1984 was transferred to Branch Dental Clinic, Naval Air Station, Miramar, CA. In July 1985, Dr. Benson separated from active duty and entered private practice in Fairlawn, OH. before opening his own office in 1990. He has built a very successful family and cosmetic dental practice because of his dedication to rendering quality care in a pleasant and friendly environment. I went in knowing I had to get dentures. My husband had them done there, so I trusted them. My…read moretemporary ones had to be replace within 1 month because of the poor quality. I waited 8 months to get my permanent ones, only to walk out the first day told to wear them in order to get used to them with no adjustments. Went back once a week to have them adjust the fit and was told I had to pay 700.00 to get a soft liner put in. After that I never went back. I have been told you shouldn't need denture cream for well fitting dentures, but the hygienist told me I was told wrong. Amazing when you talk to a different dentist who actually cares about how you feel and look makes you realize that Dr Grucella and his employees didn't.
