I went there for my Yearly Physical, like I have been doing for the past 10 years, and they made me sign a paper stating that if I have concerns outside of the ones the physician was going to check for me, I was going to get charged. I wasn't able to discuss the back pain I've had or my sleeping problems because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford my yearly check up! Then when the check up was over (the physical didn't even ask if I had any questions, I'm guessing because if I did I would get charged) I was sent on my way and they still charged my insurance for things we didn't even talk about. This is very suspicious and in bad faith. I wish we talked about the things they said they did but she didn't even mention some of them, she just wanted me out of there asap. I told her a medicine I was taking and she charged me for ADHD???? We didn't even discuss anything related to that. I will be calling my insurance to see if they can fight some of the charges. Or I'll call their billing department to check as well. This is so sneaky of them. Please be ware, the care and service seems to be declining.
