Richard ghosted me at a critical time. Richard stopped returning our calls after we asked him for a few small changes in our foundation plan. In our last call, he said he was really busy and would only talk to us if we sent him $500. I messaged to him that I'd like to run through the changes with him to make sure he understood the changes before I sent the $500. I never heard from him again. Then I asked him by email to at least send my my CAD files for my job so I could get another engineer to finish the job. Nothing back. Ghosted.
