this is the worst company to deal with. You can never speak to anyone when you call. I have been trying to get one concentrator picked up in Texas and they continue to keep coming to the Colorado . It's been a nightmare getting my insurance changed. Medicare covers my monthly and this company continues to try to make me pay for it. read more

I have been trying to get my new insurance recognized by Rotech. I have called every month, I have used the portal, I have texed and emailed - but mostly I have had the authorized vendor list sent and Rotech is the fist oxygen concentrator vendor listed as providers! I have called my insurance company to confirm that they will pay, but eight months later I am still trying to get a claim to be filed. I will find another company to use in the future, submit a claim for payment of the use of Rotech's equipment to current and wish them better days ahead. Until then, my hamster wheel has stopped! read more

Even though they received the order a few times, and the nurse called them multiple times, they never called me back and we never heard from them, and of course, my child didn't get the wheelchair after a broken leg and surgery. When I called them to check what was going on, the lady said short every time: " We don't have pediatric chairs and we didn't receive the order!" 0 stars read more

If I could do zero starts I would. They are or use Rotech Healthcare Inc for their billing / payments. Since May of 2021 their billing of my account has been incorrect! I have been trying for YEARS, literally, to get them to correct their billing by providing EOB from my insurance company, their bills, and my bank records showing they have been taking too much. I sent an email on October 22 to tell them to stop taking my money. I again provided all of the billing information etcetera and again did not get a response regarding the billing and they DID take my money after being told not to. I have been told by customer service there is no manager available and there is no note of any concern regarding my billing account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! read more

I'm not surprised there are so many poor reviews. I have an oxygen machine from Roth, which is supposed to be serviced every year - but getting someone to actually show up to service it has become more than frustrating. It was bad enough last year. This year, same thing, the servicer sent a text that he was going to be here at noon, then I got an email saying it would be at 1:10, followed shortly after that by one saying that he "missed" me at 1:11. I was here and actually in front of my house when he supposedly came. No one came at that time. Their customer service is a joke, their website patient portal is a joke as well. Every time I try to log in it says I can't and to call. And trying to call them? Plan on being on hold for at least a 1/2 hour and then, after being assured something would be done, nothing happens. I'm done with them and I would strongly urge anyone else to find another company. read more

Terrible company to have to deal with. I have spent way too much time trying to help them figure out my bill(s). I have to constantly provide proof of payment even though the checks sent via bill payer show processed. I have had to call my bank and get PDF's of checks which shows the checks have been deposited. These checks going back to April 2022 somehow have not been applied to my account and I just received my latest bill threatening collections. I had surgery in April and the hospital send me home on oxygen from Roth Medical. When I had questions from customer service, Ross Medical does not answer their phone. They put you in que! Sometimes you wait until the next day other days they do not answer period. My husband finally got upset and called waiting 2 hours for help! Another day I drove across town knowing they wouldn't answer there phone, when I got there no customers were even in line! I asked the guy why they never sent my information on my sleep test to the Dr. after 6 days, luckily I asked to see the fax number to verify and it wasn't even right! I also asked him if he knew why no one answers the phone he replied there was no help! The only time they answer the phone is if they think it's a dr. calling to order oxygen or supplies, because then they make money! I feel bad for the elderly that can't get through and choke to death waiting! I've already turned them in to the hospital and hope they drop their service! read more

I did not have the right equipment or knowledge on how to use oxygen equipment they brought me after surgery. Instead of trying to coach me over the phone, they sent me more of the same, unworkable equipment. A phone call will always take an hour, or longer, just to get through. Today, there was an appointment set up to pick up the equipment. I made sure I was home and able to hear a knock during the three hour window they gave me. I found out through an email that I "missed" this appointment. This is untrue. Did they barely knock? Did they go to a neighbor's door instead? I called the office and was put on hold to be forgotten. I called back and am the twelfth caller in line. I am pretty sure this will be at least a two hour hold. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Representative lied to us about the terms of the agreement they forced us to sign while our son was in the NICU. Then they kept charging us rental fees after they refused to take back the rental equipment!!! Heather was particularly useless and refused to give us her managers name or pass us along to someone else to help us. read more

So far, 99 percent of my interactions with this business have shown that they lack customer service, or any sense of time. They delivered some equipment on a Tuesday, and our doctor tested the family member who needed the oxygen twice, and then prescribed a portable oxygen concentrator. Roth was supposed to deliver the concentrator the next day. Roth DID NOT deliver the portable concentrator. Then, when we called to check up on the delivery, they said that we HAD TO GO AND GET the concentrator from them. Oh, and Roth said that the person needed Roth to give them a test too. The physician had ALREADY given tests, and Roth was just making up work for us, and probably looking to get a few dollars from providing a TOTALLY UNNEEDED test. This is the LOUSIEST, the WORST, the MOST TERRIBLE experience that I have ever had with a business. Where is the Better Business Bureau when you need them? read more

Roth medical had no answer for my allergic reaction to the rubber on the mask, so the just started giving me the run around. The only thing they could say was all of their mask are made of the same materials. I went to another respiratory specialist that sent an e-mail to Roth to fit me with another recommended mask. Almost a month past so i called Roth. The office person said they did receive the e-mail and asked me had i received the mask. I became a little upset because she had no record of mask being sent or even trying to contact me for a mask fit. However she did not forget to mentioned my overdue balance and mentioned it twice. She is talking about a balance and I'm worried about will i die overnight. This is only half of the nightmare read more

I came home after being hospitalized for a month and needed to be on oxygen right away. It was around noon when I got here and after being put on hold twice for nearly an hour each time, I didn't get any oxygen till almost 6 o'clock and almost had to go back to the ER. Also they still haven't picked up my equipment which I haven't needed for two months and I continue to receive a bill in the rental prices to date. read more

I was skeptical because of the previous reviews left and because it took two calls from my doctor to get them to contact me. Once I made contact they were super helpful. Second contact with them was great. I'll admit that I called them, but I was anxious for my delivery so I can't say that the wouldn't have called me later that day. Never, ever, EVER, go to Roth Medical for anything. They sent me home with a Philips Restonic BiPap machine that has never worked. Specifically the humidifier. The last time I went in, they rummaged through their spare parts and found the "last one". They offered to test it. Of course I said Yes. After sitting in their waiting room for 30 minutes, they brought the humidifier unit out. It felt warm to the touch. As in someone just sat there with their hand on the unit. Taking it home and testing it out myself delivered the exact same response as the one I had tried to replace. I can not say for certain if it was the same part or not. Not once did I see the units side by side. My sleep apnea has increased to the point where I sleep on a different floor in our house. At this point, I am looking for a used device. If I can get into the clinical setup screen, I'll buy it. I'd rather take my chances with a machine that was used by who knows who vs. going to Roth. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! Affix a fire stoker to your mouth and the other end to a donkey if you must! read more

They're anxious to get you supplies but if you have any trouble with your machine they are no help at all. I needed them to troubleshoot my machine they didn't have anyone available. I think by reading previous reviews that this company is in it for the almighty dollar and no customer service. read more

The worst customer service ever. You call the number only to get in a never ending cycle. You leave your number for a call back but NEVER hear from them. They are part of something called Rotech...aka Sleep Central. Awful... they tell you to call these phantom phone numbers.... of course nobody can tell you anything, even when you go there in person.
