They listened to our taste and carefully selected options that allowed us to focus on the ideal pieces for our new home in Vero Beach. Second, the furniture itself, beyond the design aesthetic, was so well made. Solid. Fabrics were rich and the upholstery work was...just stellar. We were furnishing a new home from scratch so the combination of deep expertise provided by not one but three design consultants (Kristin, David, and Samantha, each of whom brought something unique to the table that helped the overall process), and the high-quality selections, was just what we needed. We've now been in this new home for months with several guests visiting (it's Florida, right?). *All* of them compliment and call-out the furniture...and these are good friends who speak the truth! Highly recommend Hazel House and, if you need it, their design services.

"Working with Francesca Morgan Interiors was a full-circle moment for me. After graduating with a…read morebachelor's of science in architecture, I found myself wanting to take my expertise a step farther and dabble into the world of design, leading me into an internship for Francesca. So when it came time to build my new home, there was no question... I knew I wouldn't do it without her and her team. The process from the ground up took a little over a year, and Francesca was incredibly easy to work with throughout--always responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Her eye for detail and close working relationship with my contractor made this new build efficient. My goal with this home was peace, happiness, and comfort. After losing my husband and leaving behind a large home on two and a half acres, I needed a space that felt like a fresh start without all the overwhelming decisions that a new build brings. Francesca delivered exactly that and more. One of my favorite parts of the home is the family photo wall; everyone who visits is drawn to it. It brings such a sense of warmth and story to the space. But what really stands out to me is how Francesca pushed me beyond what I thought I wanted. I never would have chosen a gold island on my own--it was completely out of my comfort zone. But she encouraged me to trust the vision, and respect the spaces needs, and that leap made all the difference. Now, that bold choice is one of my favorite features of the kitchen! Francesca's work is more than just design, it challenges you to grow in the best of ways, and that's exactly why I'd recommend her to anyone. They built me more than just a home, they created a space that feels like a true reflection of my current lifestyle, who I am now, and it's exactly what I needed. I'm glad that I trusted FMI Designs with my vision." -- Kim Zastenik, PGA Village

I'm writing to convey our discontent with 3 Day Blinds. To begin with, my wife and I made mistakes…read morewith 3 Day Blinds. First, we didn't ask for a cost analysis for individual windows and other added expenses. For instance, we were charged over $600 for installation and more than that for packaging. The installation took all but 30 minutes, and packaging was cellophane wrapping. The second mistake we made was not refusing the installation when the installer arrived. All the shades were wrong, not in color, but in type of shade. We agreed with the salesperson on "top down - bottom up" shades. When the installer arrived, none of the shades were what we ordered. We should have refused the shades then and there. However, the installer told us he would write the misorder up for the company. Also, one shade we ordered was a blackout shade for my office. It was a common shade. When discussing our needs with the salesperson (who will remain anonymous unless you contact me directly), we were clear on the type of shades we wanted to purchase, including the blackout shade. After we paid for half of the order, two employees from 3 Day Blinds came to remeasure the windows. They did not even have the correct number of windows we agreed on. 3 Day Blinds corrected the order and installed what we believed we ordered. This took more than a few phone calls before someone said they would correct the order. Communication is not a strong part of 3 Day Blinds. Also, no one has explained the cost of installation and packaging, which amounted to nearly $1300. It took the installer less than 30 minutes to put up each shade, as well as a cornice over our rear door. Packaging amounted to less than $10 worth of cellophane. As mentioned, our first mistake was not asking for a complete list of what we were paying for. The salesperson continually said he was giving us the best price. Foolishly, I believed him. That was my fault. The salesperson never returned any calls or acknowledged receiving them. Once we received the final documents with the cost per item, my wife called 3 Day Blinds to discuss the matter. Unfortunately, she never reached anyone with the authority to review the issue at 3 Day Blinds. She repeatedly called back after not receiving a response. This has gone on for more than 4 weeks. Not only would I not recommend 3 Day Blinds, but I would also caution anyone from doing business with them. Their customer service is severely lacking, and sales practices can be seen as dishonest. There are better, more trustworthy companies to purchase from - Blinds to Go comes to mind.
