It was extremely hot and humid and they went above and beyond to get the large pieces into the house when they didn't fit through the most convenient doorways. I placed my order in September from "3 Day Blinds" thinking the name meant something. NOPE!!!!…read more What a joke.. The order was to be installed in mid November 30 days later, the installer had the the delivery. The morning of the install, he calls to cancel and says the head rail looks like a boomarang; really! You could tell that damage from looking at the damn box. Here were are two weeks later and I calling, emailing once again. WTF, don't waste you time.

It took over 6 weeks for the blinds I ordered to be completely installed. Six weeks for a company…read morecalled 3 day blinds? The blinds were not anything special...just vinyl. Then, the company was paid in full for the remaining balance by check and they submitted a request for payment again, to the original bank I used for the first payment. This resulted in a bank charge for insufficient funds, as I had moved and was closing that account. I had already paid, so they had no reason to be trying to collect another payment. I would never use this company again and I wouldn't recommend them either.
