    Very poor customer service. I know there are only 3 reviews here on Yelp but I hope everyone does…read moretheir research on this store. Plenty of Google reviews documenting the poor customer service. We paid almost 3k for a sleeper sofa that is defective. Diana is claiming I need to deal directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is saying it is the responsibility of Some Old Some New. When the issue was brought to Diana, she was very enthusiastic saying this will be resolved, I will come to your house to inspect it....Now two months later she is washing her hands of it. She has done NOTHING. We will never buy from them again. I will do my best to spread the word on the Treasure Coast to avoid Some Old Some New.

    My husband and I moved to Vero Beach about 4 months ago. We practically furnished our home from…read morethis store. They stock very nice furniture and decor. However, the owners really don't care about their customers, especially wife. She is so RUDE!!! I ordered a can (quart) of Farmhouse paint thru Lisa, who is always pleasant and helpful. She called me when it came in and stated in her voicemail thst she has it behind the desk with my name on it. I went to the store a couple days after her voicemail to pick it up and was informed that the owner (wife) had sold it to another customer. I was told by the owner (husband) that the problem was because Lisa didn't put my name on it. (BS). He then called the wife at their other store in Stuart, asked her to bring it home and he would have it the next day with my name on it; which he wrote in the special order notebook. I returned the next day to pick it up and was again informed that it was sold to another customer. So again, they called the STUART store for another can. I once again went to the store to pick it up and was then told by Lisa she gave it to another customer. I was completely shocked. She said she was having dinner with workers from the Stuart store that evening and would bring it back with her and have it Monday morning. Low and behold, I stop by Tuesday after work and Lisa goes out back to get the paint and comes out with a very small jar, not the quart I ordered. I asked what that was and she replied "your paint". I said I ordered a quart. She then began to tell me she told me on Friday all they had was a small one to which I was supposed to know was 1/8 the size I wanted. Needless to say, I didn't take it. 4 times they couldn't give a rats behind about me as a customer who has spent a pretty penny in their store. They did t value my time or value me a a loyal customer. I will NOT ever buy another thing from them, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. This business is all about the dollar and they all need to polish their customer service skills.
