He exemplifies everything you hope to find in an emergency physician. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in a way that gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful situation. His bedside manner is truly remarkable. In today's world, it is easy to hear stories about what goes wrong in health care. I had STAT orders for two tests and only got results for one. When I asked why, I was told they can only do one same-day and have to send the other out. When I asked why I wasn't informed of that when I came in with orders that clearly stated up top in red that we needed same day results, she said "you didn't ask." So apparently you need to clarify if they're capable of following your doctors orders. They still charged me for the test even though I didn't get the results I needed. Definitely drive to Jupiter if you need anything and avoid this place at all costs!

After spending 6 months in a rehab facility in Oklahoma, Doctors, nurses and caregivers were not on her list of people to visit voluntarily. From our first visit she came to rely on "Doctor Katie". Somehow all of the people at Day Medical have avoided any of the jaded attitude you see all too often in health care. They made Mom feel special. While Mom would fuss with me about going to her cardiac doctor, or her eye Doctor, she would ask almost every week if it was time to go see Doctor Katie again. She also loved the nurse we knew as "Kentucky Girl". My Mom passed away very early this past Monday morning at age 102. I will always be grateful for the care from everyone at Day Medical Center, but even more grateful for making Mama feel special.

Thought I had strep, it was covid and as soon as they knew it was covid they told me I had to leave immediately and the dr would call me. Paid to get told I had covid. Nvr seen the dr. There was only one other person there when I checked in. Not like they were slammed. They literally walked me out of the front door. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Will not be going back or referring anyone else there ever again. Low class let's be honest...Covid today is nothing like what it was. I was sick for 3 days. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't strep.

Theses two ladies shared in my care and they were knowledgeable about my issues, kept me engaged in my care so I could continue at home, They both encouraged and supported me in my efforts to regain my strength and I felt like they just really cared about me and about my safety while exercising. The fact that they both have a great sense of humor also helped greatly. I am so much better now and it is because of their care and training. I brought my 5 year old here for flu like symptoms to ensure that what he was experiencing was…read morenormal. Unfortunately, the provider's behavior was downright rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. When I calmly asked how long the flu test results would take so I could plan around work, the provider responded sarcastically and condescendingly with, "Oh my word, I know your work is so important to you, but it's just a 2-minute test, ma'am." She continued to make remarks implying I was "in such a rush," despite the fact that we were the only patients in the building at the time. The provider then stated she would call or text me with the test results, again referencing that I was "in a hurry." I never received a call, text, or any follow-up with the results at all. This is unacceptable, especially when it involves a sick child and diagnostic testing. Throughout the visit, I was repeatedly told that I "should have gone to the ER," even though urgent care is exactly where parents are advised to go for these concerns. There was no sense of urgency, no reassurance, and no respectful communication. Just because the clinic was not busy does not mean patients' time or concerns are unimportant -- it is called urgent care, and some level of urgency and professionalism should be expected. I understand healthcare is stressful, but sarcasm, judgment, and failure to follow through with test results is not acceptable. This experience left me feeling disrespected and discouraged from returning. I hope this location seriously addresses provider professionalism and patient communication.
