Getting the equipment was a breeze, however returning the equipment was a nightmare. They were not helpful and they even suggested that we drop the equipment off to them. RoTech is much more concerned with billing your insurance than anything else. At first, they called me all the time to make sure I was using the CPAP, but once the insurance company was satisfied my claim was legit I never heard from RoTech again. Then, when I wanted to order supplies, one of the choices was "everything that I am qualified for." What? RoTech doesn't care whether you need it or not, they just want to sell it to you, and bill your insurance company. Lastly, I asked what the charge would be for the supplies and the response was "well, you'll have to check with your insurance carrier to see what they cover!" Well, no. I'll just buy the supplies off eBay. At least I know what I'm getting, and what I'm paying for it. A company like this should not be in business...they exist solely to bill your insurance, patient service is way down the list of their priorities. read more

This is the worst oxygen supplier I have ever used. All they care about is money. So im on 10 litters of air. But I have to use E-tanks which only go to 6 litters, which im fine with in my car when i travel. I had a balance of 41.00. So i called the billing company and the guy was oh no, this is a insurance problem, not to worry about it. So i didnt, Well several months go by, no word so i figured they took care of it. I went to get Oxygen last week, which i had no more then half a tank left thinking i be alright im getting air. The first thing the lady tells me is I owe $41.00. i said NO. i just paid $20 towards my bill because I got a email saying I owe $41.00 still. Now I'm on a fix income. I told her i paid $20 and she said I can't have any Oxygen until I pay my bill in full. I told her look, my tank I'm using now is in the RED. Just give me 1 tank so i can make it to the hospital or home. She said NO. so now im all the way in red, and i told her you refuse to give me oygen over $20.00 WOW. I had to call billing inorder for them to set up a payment plan for $20. i had $3.49 in my account and showed them. So if anyone is looking for Oygen, Read all the reviews first. what they cant get from my insurance, they will hold you hostage for the rest. This company has the worst customer service associates I have ever encountered. After almost 2 weeks and 2 different phone calls I was told my Durable.medical supply was rejected because they reserve their medical equipment for their patients that's have oxygen through their company. This is one of the only local supply companies in network with my insurance and I was completely rejected and dismissed by Jessica after her coworker Zoey told me days before that I just needed to have my doctor re fax over the request. Apparently according to Jessica, Zoey was new and didn't have the correct information. When asked to speak to the manager who Jessica would only give me a first name of DENA. I was placed on ignore for 27 minutes and she never came back to the phone. All I wanted was DANA'S last name. Their website does not reflect anything to the fact that's Jessica told me about only receiving a walker if I have oxygen through their company. I can breat6just fine..I just have mobility issues, but I guess that doesn't matter to thus company. read more

Just tried using this place for the first time, drove 20 minutes for my appointment, waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes only to be told they are out of the CPAP machines my doctor prescribed. When I inquired about my $47 copay, I was offered a post it note with the billing department's phone number. So, an hour and 10 minutes out of my day, $47 out of my wallet, and absolutely nothing to show for it. It's too close to the end of the year to change suppliers for this initial setup, but I will definitely be changing companies for resupply. read more

this is the 2nd time i have posted about this sorry company. i am a veteran with copd i have gone to the local office like 2 or 3 times for issues, like needing to refuill portables bottles an had to wait in the lobby of the office for over 45 minutes an no one is behind the counter an after waiting so long i just leave. had other customers doing the same thing. i have been using oxygen since 2005 an this is the 3rd company that i have used, an they are the worst i have ever had to deal with. i just called them the other day for a delivery of bottles of oxygen an was told they would be here yesterday, NO one ever showed up or even called me. they will lie to you an make all kinds of excuses. you can not believe anything they tell you. i am fixing to have my doctor set me back up with medicare so i can drop this sorry a _ _ department of veterans supplier. the dept of veterans affairs need to drop this sorry A _ _ company have no desire to reach out to the online site that you sent me. i have done that b4 an even had a call from a woman in the main office after i contacted them the last time. it does no good to complain to this company as the people in the local offices do as they please an ignore the customers. i all so plan to file a fomal complaint with the veterans administration as this is the 2nd time i have had issues an no telling how many issues other customers have had. read more
