Finally in desperation i went to their office and a nice young lady told me that they were having supply chain problems. I switched to a new suppliers. But when my machine 'drowned' and I took it to them for help, I was told "You're No Longer Our Customer." They refuse to take any responsibility for my dead machine although the leaking went on for two months while I waited. They have no ethics.

They brought me my first week of medicine, hand delivered, to my hospital room. Most times after that it has also been delivered to my home each week. One time it was mailed, well packed with ice. They call each week before a delivery is to be made to check on my supplies inventory. They are always good to send plenty of supplies and even extra things that are handy. There is no option to speak to anyone on their automated system and even choosing billing doesn't get a response. When I went to the physical office I was told someone would contact me back, but that never happened. I advise anyone to avoid this company like a plague. The website says they take care of people, but I haven't found this to be accurate.
