Our questions were dismissed, and again, phone calls were prioritized over the clients sitting directly in front of her. It genuinely felt like she did not want to answer basic questions or provide clarity about the service. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and honestly raised serious scam concerns for us. I made an appointment with a CPA because I knew I needed one. I did not get one here. I left with my taxes unfinished and a business card and was told to make another appointment when I was ready to complete my taxes (without a CPA as I understood it). Needless to say, I did not return. Why would anyone want to pay to have their taxes done by a person with no tax experience or certification? I could do that myself on Turbo Tax with probably better results.
