I would have liked to have purchased some items from Dumon but the shop was quite small, so when a…read moregroup of several tourists planted themselves in front of the door it was awkward to have to edge my way inside.
I quickly chose a couple pre bagged items and intended on buying a few chocolates as well but the rude tourists were still planted in front of the door, constantly changing their mind, asking for additional things, getting confused, asking more questions, wanting additional things, then getting confused again. I waited quite a bit for them and when they decided to add in more items (which they were confused about again) I finally called it and put my items back, having to edge around them again to push my way out.
I'd like to see Duman add in a second associate for the back counter, ask customers to keep the doorway clear, and if the guest is unsure of what they want and there's a line, move on to the next customer and give them time to think about it.
In all in, with the current shop setup I don't think I'll be back.
