When they first delivered the furniture the two guys said the sectional could not fit through my door and i needed to get a different couch. Then they bought up the dresser in which was damaged they had to take it back. They put my kitchen table together but left in a hurry which i thought was weird... after they left l went back to the store to pick out a new living room set we set up a delivery for that. long story short a few days later i was sweeping my kitchen and i attempted to move the table but the leg was wobbling i went under the table to see why and seen the guy who put the table together broke the one leg and tried to do a quick fix. I immediately contacted the store (lansdowne store) he told me to send him an email in which i did. Also the new living room set came and it was put together i sat on it the third day and that is when i felt a nail or something poking out of the material and a few other defects. I told the guy at the lansdowne store and he stated he will have them look at it when the replace my table. So fast forward to delivery date of the table they suppose to replace 1/8 i stayed in the house all darn day as they can't promise a time it was between 9-8pm THEY NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED. I am sooo pissed. I am making payments on damaged and defective Furnitue i would not recommend this place at all. I have my email paper trial regarding all of this. i sent email about all my issues since last month and i just sent another email about the no show delivery. The email has been sent to their corporate headquarters and the lansdowne store. I will also be contacting the finance company to complain as well. Poor customer service!!! I spoke to a woman named Juliana who identified her self as the store manager, but she was not the store manager come find out she was the supervisor. She gave me misinformation and told me that I need to contact DoorDash to make arrangements for my order to be picked up. This really was not true. I paid for delivery and I was told by customer care Isaiah (who was a big help which is why 1 star is even being given) that DoorDash would be assigned to me by the company long story short my order got delayed because the store didn't understand their own practices regarding same day delivery and on top of it Juliana was very rude and unprofessional towards me even hanging up the phone because she got mad that I kept asking about the shoes and delivery service that I paid for. This has been the worst experience with buying on-line that I ever had. Please, save yourself the time, effort and confusion. Do not waste your time placing and on-line order here. Juliana should be fired for misrepresenting herself over the telephone and speaking to customers in a rude and unprofessional manner. The manager name is Sharon Elliott and she never came to the phone even when I asked.

I decided to take the bus with him to Men's Wearhouse, hoping they could help us out. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly employee -- I can't remember for sure, but I think he was named David. He asked us what we were looking for and helped us pick out the perfect suit for my son. David made the experience so much easier than I thought it would be, taking the time to understand what we wanted and going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final selection. As my son tried on the suit, David gave him some style tips and advice on how to wear it. He even threw in a pair of shoes and a pocket square to complete the look. My stepson looked amazing, and I couldn't have been prouder. The experience was so memorable that my stepson still talks about that trip to Men's Wearhouse today. It wasn't just the suit, but the service we received from David(?) and the rest of the Men's Wearhouse Philadelphia team. They truly cared about making our experience special, and that's something that's hard to find these days. Thanks to the Philadelphia Men's Wearhouse team, my stepson's first prom was unforgettable, his mother was so happy, and I'm grateful for the exceptional service they provided.
