The sales folks have always been helpful and knowledgeable in person as well as on the phone when I was looking for a particular item. I love the quality of the clothes, durable, soft, and great prices. I also like the design style this company offers. It seems to be very difficult to find clothing for boys that is not riddled with violent super heroes, horror themes or other nonsense schools won't allow to be worn. Once my kiddo outgrows something, I always get a good price turning them into the local consignment store. Osh Kosh lasts. Thank you for keeping the doors open as many retail stores seem to be closing. When kids are sensitive to certain fabrics, it's awesome to have the ability to touch and feel before buying. I finally had it with their attitudes and I told them I would be sending a bad review and letting someone know about the horrible rude service I was receiving and they stopped complaining. The manager started by sighing loudly and in a loud voice complain she was trying to take her break when she was asked to help me by an associate. After I told them I would be complaining about them, they changed the tone and instead of complaining to started talking to me like I was stupid... talking to me slowly and loudly. I asked Kris to not speak to me like that and she just laughed. Manager said "make sure you tell them we gave you a discount we didn't have to". Again, rudely. And also told me I didn't know what kind of day she'd had. (So she takes it out on me -the customer???) At this point it wasn't about the discount, it was about the horrible customer service I received in front of all other customers.

When the second employee started to ring me up she kept stopping to help the first. Ultimately I ran out of time after over an hour, I never anticipated it taking so long and it's no exaggeration. Even the first customer kept telling them no when they couldn't figure it out because she wanted to leave too. I asked that the employee put the items on hold and I'd be back. She had my name from waiting to purchase with my card and yet when I came back not only had everything been put back but the prices had changed and half of the items I had selected had been sold.
