I have been to this store multiple times pre-pandemic. Ross is well-known for their decent/low prices. At one point, this was the best, most cleanest/well kept Ross in the area. Unfortunately, now it is most likely understaffed with minimal customer service. I'm giving two stars for those reasons, I feel like this store will only go downhill from here. I walked into the store past the main entrance display to the shoe department. I can't believe how messy people have become, expecting staff to clean it up, when they are already understaffed!!! Once I saw the mess (as shown in my pictures and videos), I turned back around and exited the store. Unless I ABSOLUTELY need to, I most likely won't return. Since I was in the area I decided to do a quick run in here to see if I could find a few pieces for my place. Nothing in particular was in mind when I stepped foot inside, but it didn't hurt to look. I kept an open mind when browsing. Like I said, I didn't have anything in particular that I wanted/needed. I made my way to the home goods section to browse through the numerous kitchen gadgets, storage containers, and mismatched items we have all become accustomed to when in one of these stores. I may have said this in a prior review for one of their locations, but it is hit or miss when browsing. You are not guaranteed to find anything, but you may find many things that you don't necessarily need, but could find a good use for. I was on the hunt for food storage containers. I'm trying to optimize my space that I have and get rid of temporary containers (i.e., boxes, bags, etc.). Unfortunately, I did not have much luck in here that day for finding food storage. I did end up walking out with a few items that made no sense to buy at one time. It wasn't a huge bag, but I did have a few items. Overall, it felt a little under stocked. Some of the shelves were a bit sparse. No real organization, items in the wrong general area, and an absence of employees on the floor, other than those working the registers. read more

Limited selection... but there's some. Some of this and that. I'd definitely visit again if looking for something that Ross would carry. It's close and convenient! Nice to have one in the area. As far as the customer service experience at this Ross ... Excellent! Purchase of a travel item while on vacation, out of state, this Ross kindly processed the return without any fuss! It's small, clean, and conveniency... adds a great value and cost savings to the area. I like going in there because I never know what I might find. It's always a one of a kind find due to the limited selection. read more

Very upset. Been going here for years and have never had this happen before. I understand the current political climate however, this is NOT acceptable. Got home from work today to an upset mother who says a cashier asked her if she was "a citizen or resident". My mother asked if she could clarify, thinking she had misunderstood her (my mother is ESL, which funnily enough, most of the cashiers at this location are also). When asked again, my mother asked why she needed to know this information, to which she was told "I can give you a discount if you are a citizen". I will not finish this story as it's not worth going into, but I will say this. If one ethnicity is being targeted at the moment, do not for a second believe they will not come after the other ethnicities as well. Immigrants should look out for one another. No one is better than the other. Disgusting. read more

I was just reading some reviews & I'm very shocked with a lot of them. The girl at the fitting room was very nice & helpful. The cashier wasn't "slow". I did try to talk to her a little bit asking for her opinion on shoes but I didn't get much feedback- but I didn't make much of it. She's a young girl working retail. Not for nothing- but it was probably a part time job for her, she's young, it was a gorgeous day out & would probably be rather doing something else, like most stuck at work on a beautiful day- but she still came to work to do her job, unlike most young girls now a days that ditch their job every time nice weather comes around. This is also literally the cleanest ross I have literally ever been to. Between tj maxx, ross, Marshalls, Bloomingdale's outlet, Nordstrom rack- this is the absolute cleanest out of all of them- that I've ever been to. Ever. Everything was sized!! The wovens were with the wovens, the knits with the knits, etc. which is such a rarity. It's usually all mixed up. I've been in retail management for ten years & I was pleasantly impressed by this store. read more

Today I walked and Ross to do some shopping and the music is blasting in there to the point where it's annoying and the line with 30 people waiting with one cashier it's pretty disgusting. read more

I've found some great deals at Ross. It's one of my go-to stores. You can't beat the prices. I shop their frequently and in different locations as you never know what you're going to find. Five stars is for the prices and great finds. It's kind of a bare bones type of store in relation to how it's decorated. Please open up the back of the store dressing rooms. read more

While I agree that this is a very small store with limited selection, it is by far one of the cleanest and most organized Ross stores I have ever visited. I visit typically on Saturday afternoons, a time I would think would be peak shopping hours. However, I have never had to wait in a long line to check out and the associates have been nothing but friendly. Prices are super reasonable. So happy to find a pair of Carlos Santana suede heels in my size for $10.99. The racks are organized. Dressing rooms have never been a mess. It's nice to have this option so convenient to my home. read more

This is the closest Ross to me so i just go to this one! This location has NOTHING! Theres not much stuff in the store esp the kids section and the home stuff only has a few things! Thank goodness Tjmaxx is next door read more

Horrrribleee customer service the employees will argue with you and won't even listen to you. No type of accommodation, not even for a hold. Manager is the same way. Not many selections compared to other locations. They're rude as hell here pwriod read more

I've been shopping at Ross since we moved to NOVA almost 30 years ago. I love finding bargains at Ross. Today, I found two identical women's Champion shirts in different colors. The Champion price tag showed the MSRP was $20. For the Ross price, one had a $6.99 ticket and the other a $16.99 ticket. I asked the cashier if she could adjust the price. She called the manager over to talk to her. When the manager came over she immediatly tore off the $6.99 price tag. She walked over the to work out shirt rack and brought back an Under Armour shirt with decoration all over the front and showed me the price tag, which was $10.99. She told me Champion is more expensive than Under Armour and she refused to honor the $6.99 ticket that was originally on the shirt and she would not sell me the shirt for the $6.99 price. I've never had this happen before at any store. Stores always honor the price they have an item priced. Also, I shop at Ross for the deals. I'd never shop there if I was only saving 15% off the MSRP. read more

no matter how long the checkout lines are, there's always only one cashier. i've heard them call for backup on the PA many times before but no one ever seems to come to the cash registers, even when there are plenty of other workers roaming the store. this place also looks like a ghost town at times because of how little inventory comes in and is stocked. it's clean but very slow and agitating to shop in. read more

To be honest this is the best ross I have been too compared to the other near by ones, yes it is more cleaner yes it is more organized and yes they could have more lanes open but as for the customer service until you have worked in retail you shouldn't judge and you as a customer should be helpful and take the hangers off if the associate isn't "Fast" enough for you I bet you couldn't last one day in their shoes!!! read more
