You never feel forgotten. One of them even pulled probably 10 pillows for a bench I liked so I could look at options. The benched ended up not working for me. I felt bad! She didn't get the least bit upset. She said we are here to help you find what you need not have you leave unhappy with your purchase. Wait!! What???
