Very disappointed with the OWNER of the shop. Such an irresponsible individual. Excuse after…read moreexcuse. Even tried to place blame on us and her daughter. The dress was supposed to be done on Monday July 28, and she closed all day. Tuesday, she was closed as well, but assured us we can pick up the dress at 11:45 am the following day. The excuse was that she closed for personal reasons. Wednesday came, and she was closed at the time she told us to go. We went back at 1 pm and it was still closed. We kept calling from multiple different numbers, and when she finally answered, she said she was sorry and that she would personally deliver the dress after she closed the shop at 6 pm. She never delivered anything, and Thursday came around, we all kept calling with no luck. I was able to find the Instagram and called and left a message. no answer. we had to go purchase another dress since we only had Friday to figure out any alterations if needed. Well, today we called multiple times with no answer. My dad went in person and found her there with an open shop and a ringing phone. My dad had to put my mom on his phone so she could talk to her. She kept stuttering and trying to change the subject and reassure my mom that the dress was ready. she tried placing the blame on my mom, saying she called and texted my mom when in fact she did not.. She then tried placing blame on her daughter, saying that her daughter didn't tell her about the delivery on Wednesday. Again, another lie. We spoke to the OWNER directly. Such poor communication skills! So irresponsible! If the dress was not ready and you needed more time, you should have just come clean, and we would have loved to give you more time. Instead, you kept dodging all our calls and made us buy another dress because we thought we would not get this dress back. If you need alterations, please take your business elsewhere. I'd hate for someone to go through the same thing and be anxious all day due to now knowing where your going to get another dress for your event.

Once again found both of my daughters winter formal dresses here. So happy because we found two…read moredresses under my budget, both of the girls got what they wanted and mom is happy too!

Drove down from Bakersfield to do a little shopping & I picked up 2 hats 1 purse a cap & some boot…read morecleaning supplies I didn't like the fact that the employees go around asking you if you are finding things ok & taking things out of your hands to hold them up at the register I felt uncomfortable I'm the kind of person that likes to take my time if I need help I will ask for it & then when I needed help one lady instead of helping me her self she called someone else over the radio & that person never came lol I had to start cleaning my own hat to get someone's attention finally the assistant manager Gema was very nice & helpful but I do want to mention one other thing I didn't like we spent a little over $300 & for some that's nothing but I was in there with my sister & after she signed for a return with a Boot Barn logo pen which they have thousands of she asked Burgundy this lady is the key holder that's her title her response was NOO because we are low on pens please you would of had a happy customer you all give those pens out free that's how I got mine

I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism at Boot Barn…read more I went in to return a pair of jeans, and what should have been a simple interaction turned into a nightmare. The assistant managers on duty were completely rude, dismissive, and argumentative. They refused to give a manager's name or contact info, refused to confirm hours, and talked back every step of the way. At one point, I was literally told to just go to another store. It's shocking that people like this are allowed in customer-facing roles. They clearly need serious training in basic professionalism -- or maybe they should just be moved to the back office until they learn how to treat paying customers. This location has a pattern of terrible service, and after this experience, I would never return.
