Hail hail go old Purdue! Easy to get in but reminder you need to either bring a small wristlet or a clear purdue approved bag. With beer available now, guests aren't allowed to leave at half time anymore with reentry. Be sure to eithe get there early or after kickoff because security lines can take a little bit to get through and beverage lines can be long also.

Amazing venue for a football game. Everything about the venue is great. I struggle going to football games. I love seeing the variety of people at the game. There were some opponents in our section and the were treated great. The issue is the language. There were kids and my wife in our section and I can't tell you how many f bombs were dropped. Disappointing.

Great game against Iowa. The stadium is set up for students and I enjoy coming here. The students cuss a lot, but it is college, so what do you expect. Now for the food: it's typical college stadium food. High prices. High calories. The workers were cool and it's an exciting area. Bathrooms were clean and they had plenty of paper towels.

Okay, I understand that this stadium was built in the 1920's and that it's old. I understand that it's renovated a ton since then. However, This stadium is pretty bad. I do want to know what exactly was being renovated? Because I feel like everything is extremely out of date. I have zero problems with Purdue as a school. It's an amazing school. The campus is gorgeous, the surrounding area is very updated college town. I guess that's why I was stunned when we went to the UC Vs. Purdue game last weekend. My biggest complaints with this stadium are 1. We were sitting at the opposite end of the stadium from the screen. It was directly in front of us but clear at the other end of the stadium. The screen is so small that I couldn't even tell what was going on the majority of the game until the players made their way toward the in zone towards us. Out of everything you could update that easy to update in a stadium, it could be your screen. 2. The food here is awful. I spent $6 on "Chili Cheese Fries" thinking I was about to eat some dankness and then when they handed me them. I just didn't know what to do. It's like questionable "Chili" topped on top of the fries you ate in your High School cafeteria, topped with that push pumped nacho cheese. Then the best part was, is that they didn't have forks. Or any silverware. So I ended up a mess. I still have dried "Chili" on my leggings. 3. The way the stadium is designed is that when it's raining and you want to go "In" the covered area of the stadium, it's not really THAT covered. It was raining the whole time we were at the game and we went to take cover and there are huge open roof areas where you're just going to get wet anyways. 4. While we were trying not to get wet. We were trying to watch the extremely small TVs by the concessions that NO ONE could even see. We couldn't get closer to the TV's because then we would be stepping in the open roof sections and be getting soaked. Also, I thought it was horrible that there were TONS of open seats in the stadium and they had all of UC's marching band on the very tip top corner of the stadium clear at the other end of civilization. It was unreal. The only good things I can say about my experience is that they have people driving golf carts to give people who can't walk a ride to and from the stadium because it is a decent walk. I thought that was cool and thoughtful of them. Also, That you can buy a large soda in a cool cup to take home for like $8 and you get free refills for the rest of the game. That's pretty cool. I understand that this is a historic stadium. I understand that Purdue isn't a huge football school. However, you can complement your historic stadium while making it modern and awesome. Example, Nippert at The University Of Cincinnati (1915) Or The Horseshoe at Ohio State (1921). I don't think I'm going to rushing back to this stadium anytime soon.

It's a nice and underused footballs stadium. It's easy to find parking for $10 to $20 in the neighborhood, but I like to find a family selling space on their lawn for some community project like last time it was a family boosting a children's lacrosse program. There isn't the crushing crowd you encounter at Michigan State or Ohio State, and the fans are much friendlier. Plenty of empty seats the times I've gone, so the ushers aren't aggressive about stopping seat shifting after the first quarter. Concessions prices are better than most, the rest rooms are clean without waiting. Still have free water in water fountains, which is becoming pretty rare. Security is low profile but clearly on the ball.

State of the Art stadium.......in 1971. The place is truly a fine Stadium to see a game in. Plenty of concourse room. Great sight lines. Team is just brutally awful. The Alums, Students and Fans deserve a lot better than what they are being given. A fun place to spend a Fall Saturday despite the on field disaster.

Not a bad seat in the entire place. Just attended my second game in the last two years. Was glad to see the Badgers easily defeat Purdue. The stadium is a much better place to watch a game rather than heading down to B-Town.

Parking not ideal. Easy to enter. Food and drink options typical. Fun to watch a game. A mile hike across campus to bars.

What a gem of a park that will serve the area for decades to come. The Lafayette Aviators (essentially a college summer league) play their games here. The majority of players (I would estimate) are division 1 or 2, trending toward 2. But the baseball is good, these are players who know how to play. It is functionally identical to Kokomo Municipal (which I have also been too). Again there simply is everything to love about this stadium if you are a baseball fan and a perfect way to spend an evening watching summer baseball. Parking is a bit tricky in the area if you have never been FYI. It felt (?) like parking was limited to lining the nearby residential streets, perhaps I missed something larger.

The parking here was free, so that was a great start. We stood in line to purchase our tickets, but before we did that, they guided us in a room to take a photo. They handed us a card with a code on it to scan after we completed the attraction to see our photo. After that, we purchased our tickets, which was basically in the room over. The tickets were $25 each for General Admission and those are the ones we bought. We stood in line and while we did so, some characters interacted with us. One had extreme energy and Giggles was his name, or so it said so on his back. He interacted the whole time of our visit with the huge line of people. Our wait was about 45 minutes, so it wasn't horrible. They formed groups of six to walk through the attraction. This attraction was really all over the place! There were a lot of actors throughout and they were able to touch us here. I liked that element and I really felt it made things more interactive. They had a really long, swirly tunnel and even inflatable devices that are sure to make you panic. If you're prone to nausea or claustrophobic in any aspect, this may not be the place for you. You end up going down steps early in the attraction. It seems I was in a basement for the majority of the time. I liked the feel to that. The length was probably around 30 minutes, but I wasn't on my phone to time it. The actors, for the most part, appeared to be very young. They did have great acting chops and even seemed to have years of experience. After you exit, they show you your photo and offer it for $10.00. They told us we can purchase it online with the code on the card, which I did on 10/14/22, so the code was active for quite some time after my visit, just to let you know that you don't need to rush and purchase it. Overall, the price definitely matches the quality here. It was a lengthy attraction, so I feel I got my money's worth. I recommend this attraction for all lovers of horror! Date of visit: 10/08/22

These reenactors lead a variety of events, from traditional dances to church ceremonies for a few denominations. Vendors also set up shop, selling everything from furry frontier hats to fine china to swords to mini telescopes. Best of all, there's BUD'S ROOT BEER (the best of the best) and FOOD: apple dumplings, fried dough, pork chops, stews/soups, sausages, breads.
