That said, the service was pretty good - my pedicure lasted a good two weeks (though I did have to remind my technician to paint the end of the nail, which I find delays the inevitable chip), and I was introduced to Shellac on my fingers. It takes a little longer to apply this 'instant dry' alternative, though as the ladies pointed out to me, the extra application time equates to the time you have to wait for the usual lacquer to dry. Will I be back? Sure. It's easy to get to and the service was efficient. Might ask them to turn down the massage chairs though - the mechanised pummelling got a bit much after a while.

She started filing my nails and grabbed an acrylic and started RIPPING OFF MY NAILS. This hurt so bad and left my nails sooo thin. I thought this was normal but after a while my friends got their acrylics taken off by soaking them. I immediately realised that what they did has damaged my nails significantly, will never go again and I wish I could give this place a one star.

I was done in 20mins and that included a foot soak in a massaging chair plus a nice calf massage with moisturizer. It was a Friday afternoon and the shop was empty but the woman was rushing and being very harsh with the cuticle clippers, cutting my cuticles so deep on 4 of my fingers that it left them bleeding. Without apologizing or acknowledging what had happened, she then quickly dabbed something on them which stung and left my nails inflamed. She then preceded to quickly file my nails but did such a poor job I was left with some nails with jagged edges. The shellac polish chipped on the edges of most fingers within 2 days. Unless you want swollen stinging, bleeding nails, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
