Unfortunately, she had to leave but I must say that her professionalism about the situation was superb and from what I was able to see about the set up, the space was very well designed and the prices were reasonable for such fashion-forward clothes. I'll definitely be shopping here in the future and recommend you take the opportunity to have the truck come to your business if you can! Love love love 10 points to Jennifer for her attitude.

I had gone to the sample sale. The clothes were all at great deals. I had gotten 5 tops and 2 pairs…read moreof pants, which a woman had totaled at $35. I used a $50 Visa gift card, which my friend had given me, and it turns out that the younger Asian girl who rang me up somehow got confused and rang me up for a total of $50. I had also requested a receipt and gave my email address, but never received it. I was able to talk to customer service and was given a phone number and email to reach Lorna for a credit back to my card. Lorna was very quick to respond to my emails and took care of things immediately, which I very much appreciated. If you're going to a sample sale, make sure that you are being charged the correct amount. I probably would have never caught this had I not tried to use my gift card again. Sometimes, because employees are trying to ring people up as quickly as possible, they can make mistakes.

Do not purchase their clothing from the website!! They do not honor their return policy!! I…read morepurchased two items that did not fit and I wanted to return. Return policy stated they will return full priced items (which these were). I purchased the full priced shirts on black friday when they were offering a site wide promo code. When I called to return, they told me the site wide discount made my items "final sale". So ANYTHING purchased using a promoted site discount becomes unreturnable. Mind you, they clearly have items marked on sale on their website... This is not industry norm... and is not clear on their website and promotion of statewide discounts. Horrible company.

She was told it was not for customers but she could walk to the restaurant, several shops down. No time to say even a please she was out the door only to find an out of order sign on the potty door. The tire shop next door was just opening and a very kind man let her use theirs, but by the time she got inside it was a bit late and she had some cleaning up to do. This is not acceptable and could have been totally avoided with the smallest bit of courtesy and kindness. That's a heck of a way to treat any customer let alone a really good one. KCA
