She was completely rude and made me feel as though I was being dramatic for being upset. From the beginning, she made it clear that there was nothing she would be able to do. I told her that I would come back and address the issue once I returned to California. When I followed up after returning from Utah, they offered a $17 discount, even though my boyfriend had to purchase a new tie for approximately $65. The entire purpose of having a group number is to make the process simple and ensure everyone receives the correct items. We are both very busy and trusted that the company would follow the order details associated with that number. Unfortunately, they failed to do so and then refused to take meaningful responsibility for their mistake. Our experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this location.

A sales clerk, Jay, was helpful in giving us the rundown of what they offer, forthcoming with answers. Btw, there was no sales clerk at Cerritos when we visited. Delivery is free (I should've asked what the cut off or limit is) BUT it could take up to 7 days! Whoa! Good to know. King sized sets ranged from roughly $1000-2000 (free box spring, I sure hope so, I thought it automatically comes with it.). That's the sale price. That's your basic set, if you're looking for the bells & whistles, for instance, the motor for adjustable beds, that could run you another $1000.
