This place is a scam. Was scheduled for a zoom counseling session with Sam Weaver and after…read morewaiting 40 minutes, he never showed. I tried contacting them with no response, never received a call stating he was experiencing any tech issues. Took them days to finally address the issue and insisted that he was on the call. Rather than offering a refund for the time wasted and session that didn't happen, they offered to reschedule. I declined and said we would go elsewhere. They still wouldn't refund me. I've been trying to get a hold of their director for days and she won't call me back. This was supposed to be our first marriage counseling session and it's been nothing but a nightmare. We're out $80 for a session we didn't get. And why would we want to reschedule with a counseling place that obviously has communication issues and doesn't care at all about it's clients? I'm extremely disappointed with the way they've handled this and it's been the worst first impression. Don't waste your time or money on this place, they don't give a rat's ass about anyone but money.

After two tries, approximately $1200, and studying for over two years to pass a licensure exam, I…read morerecently had an appointment with Christina Grudzinski, LMFT, of Unity Counseling, to help me overcome my test anxiety and fear of failing it again. I literally started crying on my way to her office and once I got there because the thought of failing it again seemed to panic me and undermine my plans for the future. After our session, and her mindfulness-relaxation training for my test anxiety, and the emotional and physical pain it was causing, I finally passed it! One of the happiest days of my life. Now when I get anxiety and begin to notice my body tensing up and pain starting, I am able to realize it and relax - heading off the nervousness and pain throughout my body. I hope to always remember what she taught me, as I am moving away, because I feel it will help me with all stressful situations I encounter in the future. I am very grateful.

Kristie was kind, professional, and polite throughout our interactions. However, my experience with the owner, Jeffrey S. Gallup, was very surprising and uncomfortable. He called to follow up on require document, and he spoke to me in a raised, aggressive tone, repeatedly emphasizing that they had asked for the document several times. I tried to explain the misunderstanding, (I had sent the wrong paper), but I was interrupted and not given the opportunity to speak. The conversation felt unnecessarily hostile, and I was given a strict deadline in a way that felt more confrontational than supportive.
