**COVID REVIEW**
Super cute new neighborhood park in River Terrace. It has both a "big" and "little" kid play area. In the little kid area there is what my kids deemed an "obstacle" course. It was a lot of fun for them to get out and into the sunshine.
When we arrived the other two families that were there were masked and observing social distancing. There is a basketball court a bit further towards the intersection for kids and in between the big and little kid areas there is a covered shelter which would be nice in the warmer days to come.
The equipment is all brand new and a lot of fun. My kids are both nearly 6&8 and loved the slides and climbing.
As far as COVID protocols it's not monitored so it's up to individual families. We left, as did the two other families that arrived at the same time as we did, when two very large groups who were both unmasked, arrived. Nothing you can do except leave!
I would definitely try it again but maybe not "after" school hours. The parking is only street parking if you drive there and it's not plentiful. read more
