Since this change, we have been dealing with a gentleman named Jason, who, unfortunately, has demonstrated a lack of integrity in his dealings with us. On one occasion, he claimed to have visited our house to introduce himself, but never showed up. When I mentioned that we have security cameras, his story suddenly changed. This pattern of dishonesty has persisted, causing us to question his credibility and commitment to resolving our issues. Another matter that has been neglected is the water damage to our ceiling. Despite our repeated requests, Jason has refused to send someone to assess the situation and address the necessary repairs. This lack of responsiveness is both frustrating and concerning, as it indicates a lack of accountability on the part of your team. Furthermore, we have experienced ongoing problems with our office doors since moving into our new home. It took eight months for them to be replaced, only to find that the new doors do not close properly. This has caused significant inconvenience and has negatively impacted our daily routines. We had hoped that these issues would have been resolved promptly and efficiently, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention an incident involving Jason's behavior towards me. During a visit to our home, he failed to acknowledge my presence, displaying a level of disrespect that is both outdated and inappropriate. As a woman, I expect to be treated with the same level of professionalism and courtesy as any other homeowner. This incident has left me feeling discriminated against, and I believe it is essential for your team to address and rectify such behavior immediately. In light of these ongoing problems and the lack of satisfactory resolution, I reached out to the owner, Mark, to express my concerns and request to work with someone else. However, I was met with refusal and was instead informed that his lawyer would be in touch with us. This response is disappointing, as it further demonstrates a lack of willingness to address and rectify the issues we have been facing.
