We were in Miami for 4 days and every single day I have come here for coffee and croissants! Their croissants are so buttery and flaky, absolutely delicious!! This a small bakery that offers a wide array of pre made sandwiches and desserts. Sandwiches range from $6-$8 and so do the desserts. There's also a small selection of coffees. I got a spinach , egg , and cheese baked bread thing. It was ok, I might try something different next time. I also got a chocolate cookie. It turned out to be filled with chocolate. Listen. If the food pictures aren't enough to convince you to come to Rosetta Bakery, then I'm not quite sure what will, but I'll give it my best shot with a 5-star review. First, the place has a line during peak times so just plan accordingly. Luckily the line moves quick so have no fear if they have a line out the door. Rosetta is a traditional Italian bakery and I highly recommend the stuffed donuts. My favorite is the Nutella but all of them are buttery soft and melt in your mouth. So so good. They also have excellent strong coffee that is well made and fresh. The breakfast sandwiches I haven't had but looked incredible and were coming straight out of the oven the last time I came here and was kicking myself for not ordering. The olive pizza is absolutely delicious- gorgeous Italian olives! Same with the focaccia for the sandwiches, it was heavenly. The perfect crunch and tenderness and a salty herbiness that keeps you licking your lips. Their prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich is simple and beautiful- reminds me of Italy! We stopped in here later one night because everything else was overcrowded or exorbitantly overpriced. We got the 4 cheese pizza, spicy salami pizza, ham and cheese pizza, and margherita pizza. They were all delicious but the 4 cheese was the best pizza I have ever had. Service: The staff was very friendly and patient with explaining all the amazing pastries and I had a lot of questions because i was feeling extra fatty because everything looked so fun. After paying, of course I get the phone call for 4 coffee orders from my crew. lol The cashier started laughing and got the coffee orders in quickly. Fun, friendly customer service. Pastries af: We sampled 6 pastries and the the Nutella pasty, Fruit Tart and the Apple Bally are the real MVPs here for me. Well baked, tasty high quality ingredients and just an absolute joy to eat. My almond latte was good, just the right amount of almond taste to compliment the coffee and was not overbearing. Most of the pastries were in the $5 range with bougie ones just under $7. All the pastries were high end and didn't just looked pretty, tasted pretty as well. =) Ambiance: There's seating in this bakery with a view of the kitchen but it can get cramped when it's packed. I've walked by Rosetta numerous times and the crowd is all about timing as I've seen lines 30 people deep outside the door. When vacationing in South Beach, Rosetta Bakery has now turned into a must visit but the location, location, location makes that really easy. The sandwiches looked amazing and that's definitely on my to-do list on the next visit along with my more pastries to get my fatty on. Visited Miami in February for three days on our family vacation, and we had Rosetta's every single day. Located on Collins and 16th, not too far from our hotel. Rosetta is the Classic Italian bakery with artisan pastries, breads and sandwiches, fresh juices and coffee ranging from lattes to cappuccino's, americanos and iced drinks. There is Usually a line during the morning (which goes to tell you how good it is) but goes by fairly fast. My 1st visit I ordered lots - a fruit tart, croissants, donuts, sandwiches and focaccia. My personal favorite is the ham, egg and cheese focaccia - definitely a must try! Their coffee is very smooth, had a double espresso over ice with almond milk each time I came - delicious. The most unique pastry we had was this large croissants with an entire apple and caramel baked in - dope! It feels dense at first, but once you slice her up, it's amazing. This place is a must. Thanks to the sweet staff for making our trip worth it. We will be back! read more

Frankly I don't understand what the high ratings were for? My husband went there for its proximity to the Loews hotel instead of the Charlotte that we know n had been there many times before. The cappuccino looked beautiful, I loved the heart shape on the cappuccino, unfortunately it tasted so bland n gross, fatty in the mouth I could not drink it, I had cappuccino all over Italy n this tasted nothing Italian. I ended up making a cup of coffee using the hotel keurig machine. The donuts were ok , the fruit tarts were their best cake, the other small cakes my husband bought were nothing special, I was craving an empanada but they didn't have it there, were in south beach he should've have gone to a Cuban or Colombian or Venezuelan, there are 200,000. Ok, I didn't write a review of this place last year for some reason, no idea. This bakery is SO good, we'd walk 7 blocks to get their fresh ham and cheese croissants every morning. The croissants are fresh baked, and the ham is shaved all day. We remembered them so fondly from our last visit to Miami, that we walked 5 blocks at 7:30am to sample them again. Perfection! Don't come here unless you want to be ripped off. My boyfriend and I had been eyeing a sandwich in the window while we were visiting Miami, and decided to stop in and try it. When we asked what was inside it, we were told you could either have prosciutto or turkey WITH ham. We chose the turkey and ham combo, and then we're charged $17.99. I have NEVER in my life seen a turkey sandwich for nearly $18. I then specified that I ordered turkey and not prosciutto, because it could make sense to charge that much for a premium ingredient. I was shocked by how rude their response was. I was told that it was ham, and I said again I wanted turkey. They then said that the sandwich was good and it was ham. I continued to ask why it was so much, and just given the same rude response. I would have appreciated some type of explanation as to why it was so expensive, but I just was yelled at about having a ham sandwich. What an adorable little well appointed bakery and cafe. I love love love how there is a large window in the back where you can see them baking and putting together all of the treats that buffet the front counter fresh. The kitchen is really completely open... I was watching someone brush fresh foccacia with what I believe to be olive oil, and that was really what made me order a piece before I left. When I searched for it on Yelp to write this review, I was so surprised at how many Rosetta Barkery's there were. I mean... I thought it was a one off. Which brings me to my next point. BRING ONE UP HERE ROSETTA!` :) It'd do so well in Bethesda (Suburbs of D.C.)! I can't even tell you. We have a "Paul" right now that is almost trying to do what you do... but isn't really coming close. Honestly, if it wasn't for the horribly uncomfortable stools, it's be 5 solid stars. That's really the only thing I can fault the visit with. I can't remember sitting on a more uncomfortable stool I felt like I was on some sort of ninja warrior and it was a task to just remain on that thing hahaha. Nice service at the front. Lots of different treats. A little pricey... but it's one of those; you get what you pay for sort of things. Delicious freshly made bread is worth the cost. You'll know it when you eat it. They had a bunch of delicious looking pastries on display, but surprisingly, no almond croissants. My friend and I came back to this place after seeing it the night before (we were headed somewhere else). The display itself with the sandwiches and pastries would quickly draw in ANYONE in my opinion. I got way too excited to try their fruit tart (which is on my top three favorite desserts in this world). My friend picked up their raspberry muffin type pastry while I got their tart with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. LOVED the simple and not overly sweet flavor! I've had better tart crusts before but I would go back for their custard any day. I do also appreciate that the didn't put the syrup glaze over the fruit that I've seen a lot of bakeries do. The fruits speak for themselves. I wish I could go back and have another one!
