When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

I came across Steve's website, reviewed his work and his reviews, and decided to give him a try. Let me tell you...I was NOT disappointed! From our initial communication to the quote, drop-off, pick-up, and invoicing, everything went as smoothly as silk. Steve is an excellent communicator and even sent me a couple of pictures along the way so I could see the progress. He also went the extra mile and was able to tighten the table up a bit, making it considerably less wobbly. The finished table looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Without question, I would use Steve again and will happily recommend him to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship. It's not often you find someone who combines skill, attention to detail, and excellent customer service--and Steve checks all three boxes!

Now they are telling me they can't honor it, probably hoping I'd just keep the order anyway. Such bad business practices. The old bait and switch routine. I am in sales myself and would never not honor something I put in writing for a customer. I will never shop here again. And I recommend you not shop here either. When I told Joe that I was going to trash them on social media and he said "bash away". This is not good business practices.
