I am glad that I could come back to this neighborhood and find that the store has moved to a new location. Just a few blocks from where the old one used to be. This store is bigger and brighter than their little hole in the wall before. I came in for a dress for my 6-month-old niece's baptism. Despite not locating the pants I was looking for, I did spy some other items that would be good for my 4 year old. The prices are right and the quality is not too bad. He's a Carter's kid through and through since birth. But I would buy some items here that I don't want to necessarily shell out money for such as when he's going through one of his growth spurts. Or say I need something for him to wear a handful of times before it's no longer useful. Then I'll come in and purchase. They also seemed to have warm hats and gloves and scarves. So when my kid inevitably loses his current winter gear, I'll stop in and buy some replacements here. Stop in if you're on Liberty Avenue. Ordering online and picking up there is another treat. They ask for your email confirmation that says order ready for pickup only. I deleted that one by accident but still had the email with the confirmation number and still refused to use that and look for my package. Also bring your drivers license also because they wont give it to you without that either. Also don't let your spouse pick up either, has to be the name that made the order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store and just go next door to Carter's where they are always friendly and helpful and treat you like a valued customer.

A RUDE black woman was the cashier there; she was average built, short cropped hair, had an accent, and was tall for a woman. My receipt said the cashier was "GARY", so not sure if that is just the default name or what. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but she was very NASTY to me, staring me down, and seemed like she was being theatrical and wanting to make a scene. I asked her if a coat was $12.99 because it had two price stickers over the original price tag. She tells me, "If you want a calculator you can add this all up yourself." I asked her why she's being so rude for, I'm just asking her a question - she tries to blame me for being rude and accused me of treating her like she was stupid. How did she get offended by me asking a legitimate question about a price of an item!? This person should be fired immediately because I doubt someone like that has just a one-time mishap. If she doesn't want to interact with customers, she should find another job! Also, this is not the only discounted children's clothing store in Ridgewood - Myrtle Ave. is lined with them all up and down the avenue on both sides! Thinking back, I regret giving the store my money today and wished I had told her 'Bye Felicia!' and went 2 blocks up to the other large discount store across from the big corner diner instead! Clothing sizes do not carry petite just medium, medium large or large or average women sizes. Staff are inattentive to assist customers.
