I travel a lot, so I've been in Florida, California and I have been seeing different chiropractors in those areas, but truly only Dr. West has made a significant difference in my body wellness. I am an athlete and have exert my body too rough at times, times I can hardly walk, or do other kind of motions with the body; 100% of those times after visiting Jeff I go out of his office walking and feeling significantly better. This on other doctors take several treatments, but on his office after the first one my body truly changes, and the follow up appointments are to really keep that wellness there. Many times before a marathon, or a triathlon I have hurt myself, thinking I will waste all the training and time on that activity, but I know that if I go to Jeff he will make sure I am fine again to compete. It is truly a technique that I have not seen anywhere else. Its hard for me when I am far from this area, since having this resource makes my life significantly better and allows me to do any and all of the normal activities I enjoy doing. Thank you Dr. West, you have made my life so much better for over 15 years and I hope for many more years to come. Love, Marina

I truly did not have a good experience at this office. If I could give zero I would . The office…read moremanager actually was the worst. She was rude, cut me off and hung up in my ear when I called today. I scheduled a new patient visit, booked 1 month out. I arrived 20 minutes early, paid a $40 co-pay upfront. Filled out a ton of paperwork ( it took me 30 minutes because I like to be thorough). I literally saw the doctor for 8 minutes, no exaggeration. He asked 3 questions, gave me a script for X-rays and I was sent back to the front. No treatment. At the front they did not explain anything, where to go to get the x-rays, if I needed a follow up appointment, nothing. I had to ask where to go and let them know the doctor wanted to reschedule for next day. I canceled today's appointment and requested a refund of my co-pay. I'm not sure if they are not use to treating people who look like me, but I did not get treated well at all. I will not be sending my family or anyone I know here as long as the front desk manager is still there. I'm sure Dr. West does his best, but with a name like Be TRULY WELL, I expected more compassion, comfort and kindness. What I got was rudeness and irritation.

He kept talking to me about his personal life and I felt a little uncomfortable in his presence. He went on and on about why I needed to see him for 40 sessions, and insisted that I make seeing him a priority. He was way to "salesy" and it became frustrating because he just wouldn't let it go. To be fair, the chiropractor does seem to be up on the latest technology. He clearly loves his field and all the gadgets that come with it. But his desperation for new clients is evident and creepy. It was the worst chiropractic experience of my life and I would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away!

I suffered for lower back pain for years and my old chiropractor had left and I decided to give this place a call. I was politely greeted and scheduled for a day to come in ASAP. X-rays were taken and a scan of my back muscles were taken. I saw dr Rinow 3x a week and started to feel better after his first adjustment. I even noticed getting out the car was easier for me and i knew i had made the right decision. I continued to come and continued to feel better but then I told him how I wasn't feeling right. After a few weeks we redid scans and i wasn't doing better and he sent me for an mri bc he said he didn't think what he was doing was helping me. After that I brought him my results and I had a herniated disc. After trying a few things with him my neurologist sent me to a neurosurgeon who operated. I stated to her that I would only be here another 2 weeks and I really need an adjustment. I asked to speak to the office manager she stated she is the office manager. I then asked her for her name.
