I live in Toronto and have Ontario license. I got a speeding ticket in New York State in County of Livingston while coming back from Washington DC. The officer told to me to report to North Dansville Town Court. It was very difficult for me to travel all the way from Toronto to appear in the court in Dansville. I completed the online course and submitted the completion certificate to the lawyer. Today I am delighted to see the email from Rosenblum Law Firm that my case is dismissed with No Fine and No Points. They also sent me the court notification that my case is withdrawn. I'm a bit surprised to see the poor review below as it is the polar opposite of my experience with Rosenblum Law Firm. I received a rather hefty speeding ticket out of state, and was looking at some major travel time and points on my license. I contacted Rosenblum after seeing their website from a Google search, and Ronen was very quick to answer my questions, and very professional. Fast forward 2 years (yep, I'm writing my review 2 years late) and I had some difficulty with my state DMV office, due to the DMV recording my address wrong. This was in no way the fault of Rosenblum and simply poor record keeping from the CT DMV and NY courts. Despite the disconnect there, Ronen was VERY quick to help resolve my issue. Quick as in 3 hour turn around time. He contacted the NY court, made sure everything was in order, and emailed me a document to send to my DMV from the original ticket. Once the DMV had that, they cleared it up immediately. Regarding the original ticket- yep, they knocked it down to a minor moving violation and saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time. Amazing team - I received a ticket for speeding on a country road on a long drive home. Their flat rate payment allowed me to afford to be able to fight this ticket (the officer who pulled me over instructed me to fight the ticket to get it reduced anyway). Although the first request to lower the points on the ticket was denied, the Rosenblum Law Firm continued to fight to get the points reduced from 4 to 2 and prevented me from having to pay a 6 point license fee. I don't understand why only two reviews on yelp. Rosenblum should be on the board as the best traffic attorneys hands down. They don't make promises, they just DO! I went from a 4pt to 0pt with them. Got a ticket in Westchester for hand held cell phone use. I asked the officer how many points it was and he stated he didn't know....which was a lie. Took me 5 seconds to figure out it had gone from 3 to 5 points in the past few months and my insurance would rise considerably.
