When we asked for updates on the status of our case, the paralegal often seemed irritated, and our questions went unanswered or were brushed off. There was little to no progress made on the case, and we were never given clear guidance on next steps. Most concerning of all, the firm dropped our case while it was still in progress and did so without providing any explanation. This left us in a very difficult position and caused unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. And I can from personal experience stand by that testament. He has not only had charges reduced, but there time instances where they have been dropped. The justice system is not as just as it would like to see from the side of the state. Another huge selling point for me when I recommend this farm and specifically Kevin as legal defence for those who might find themselves in need it is the fact that he is not only a partner at the firm but also acts as a public defender in many different counties outside of his criminal defence work. Which speaks to his genuine compassion and integrity and doing the work that he does defending the people from injustices carried out by state actors.
