All of them told me that it's impossible to change the schedule so soon after getting divorced. When I spoke with Jennifer Varga at Weinberger, she worked with me to come up with a strategy to approach the situation. We eventually filed a motion and made the impossible possible. In court, she kept her cool while the adversary did not. Jennifer stuck to the facts and the judged granted us to undergo an evaluation by a Child and Adolescent Psychologist. We eventually got an equal parenting time schedule and were able to settle with a consent order that also put many other tools & arrangements into place to help facilitate several post-divorce issues that came up. Jennifer has a confident demeanor that helps her with negotiations inside & outside court, explains processes thoroughly, pays very close attention to details, follows up quickly, always makes herself available to chat (even when she's out of office!) and is a kind-hearted and caring mother.
