Extremely rude. Showed up and acting VERY nasty during my initial intake, wouldn't even listen to me, and wore a hoodie sitting on a playground with bad internet connection that costed me an extra $600. Worse still, he MISGUIDED me to the point where it made my case worse, then would keep charging me money for no reason. On what earth does a 60 second phone call amount to a $600 charge if you charge $600 for an hour? Now I sent a check that was CASHED by his office as soon as it was received and they are claimed they never received it.
