He explained what he would be doing during each step and discussed the outcome and my options to resolve my problems. I did not feel rushed and he had no problems answering my questions. I will be scheduling a procedure and feel confident that his procedure with be a welcome solution to an on going problem I have been experiencing. He said he would call me after reviewing my scan from a radiology location. He did call me that same day, at 5:15 on a Friday, on a holiday weekend! His staff were friendly and efficient, that resulted in less than a five minute wait to be called into the exam room. I highly recommend Island ENT and Wellness Spa and audiology. I also intend to utilize the Wellness Spa in the future.
