This place made me feel most comfortable. The staff is very helpful and the doctor truly cares about you and your treatment process. They weren't nice just from the beginning to get my money, they have been outstanding throughout the process. Dentist Sirisha Bhandaru from my first appointment here for a broken crown had me at ease talking through what was needed. When the crown arrived I went in and the whole thing went smooth and other than the shot was pain free. I went back a few weeks later and the Hygienist worked with me on catching up on cleanings when I had been refused a cleaning at another dental office and was told I needed deep cleaning, which I'd already gone through and want going there again. 3 cleaning services later about 5 months my gums showed significant improvement and we're back at normal ranges. I had a different crown break several weeks ago on a bottom molar which are always harder to numb. The Dentist had to remove the rest of the porcelain crown, I can't say it was exactly pain free but she did everything possible to make me comfortable and we got through it. When I returned for the new crown it was smooth sailing at a very fair price. I highly recommend if your looking for a new dentist or are unhappy with your current dentist that you go in for a cleaning and meet the dental staff. During a prior cleaning/checkup, I raised concerns about a specific tooth with an existing filling and was told there were no concerns at that time. At my most recent visit, I was informed there was now significant decay underneath the filling requiring a much more expensive inlay procedure. When I later requested prior imaging of the area for comparison, I learned the prior visit did not include clear imaging of that specific tooth, which added to my frustration and confusion regarding the progression of the issue. I would think if a tooth already has a filling, there would be due diligence to monitor it appropriately. What was most disappointing, however, was the handling afterward. Management initially acknowledged the concerns, offered to assist with the treatment cost, and rescheduled my appointment for the next day, only for the appointment to later be canceled via email just a few hours beforehand with no call. After several days without communication, I was ultimately told to establish care with a different office, and the previously discussed treatment accommodation ultimately was not honored. I understand dental conditions can progress and treatment recommendations can change. However, I believe more thorough imaging, documentation, and earlier evaluation of the tooth could have provided greater clarity before recommending a significantly more invasive and expensive procedure. The communication and overall handling of the situation by management also fell far below what I expected as a long-term patient. This experience has ultimately left me feeling uncomfortable continuing care with this office and company as a whole.

The assistant is super sweet and quick, and the general dentist gave me her honest opinion about the different options for my tooth (extraction, implant, retreat). I ended up choosing a retreat which had to be set up at another office on a later day. I initially believed I had insurance coverage through my job but discovered I didn't at the visit (new to adult world). Anyway, Robert, the office manager, was very kind and extremely patient in explaining everything to me about Care Credit, financing, interest, cash price ranges, and even waiting periods for dental insurance if I had decided to wait, but the pain kept that from being an option. Robert really went to bat for me with getting me as much time to pay off my endodontic surgery without interest, as he could. The endodotist, Dr. H, was marvelous! I've never had invasive dental work done where I didn't feel some kind of pain or horrible swelling the next day, but she was able to accomplish that! And she was even able to work so neatly that She didn't believe I needed a new crown so that saved me a lot!! I will say, the general dentist encouraged me to get a new one because it's older, and I might one day when I have insurance or can save a little bit, but for now I trust the work everyone did, but will be going back for any future work!

When speaking with office manager she will often avoid/ignore my questions and not acknowledge my main concerns which has added to my frustration here. Additionally, I've asked for a link/invoice to pay my updated bill amount three times and my request is not being sufficiently acknowledged. I'm being directed to call for payment or come in person when they could either let me know when their system is back up or send me a snippet of my invoice.
