I reached out again when I had reached a safe point in my grief when he was 9 months old. They even took some photos of him with his grandmothers as a combined grandmothers, baby, and mommy and me shoot. Not only did they capture one of my favorite times in his babyhood, they we so sweet with all the grandmas. They navigated a grumpy baby and were so understanding. I don't know if Eliseo rushed through my photos or what. He said they all had minor editing/retouching, but I don't think that's the case. All my photos (all 500-600 of them) have yellow/dark lighting and my photos have the backdrop cut off. Unfortunately, I can't use most of these photos because of the poor quality. When sharing the photos with multiple family members, all commented on the poor quality. It seemed to me that he didn't care about what he was giving me. Unfortunately, the photos look like a compilation of ones people took on their iPhones. I asked Eliseo if there was anything that could be done about the photos. Again, he didn't care to make it right. He told me the photos already had minor retouching. My intention and request was to work with Eliseo to improve my photos. The backdrops were already cut off and there was nothing that could be done about that. However, the lighting could have been modified to make them look less dark and yellow. When I conveyed this to Eliseo, I got a very nasty response back via text saying "I'm a 50x international award winning photographer and if you wanted something different it should have been brought to our attention... as far as professional it does not get any more professional than us thank you". I never in a million years expected this type of disrespectful response and it was very uncalled for. I also didn't know i had to tell a professional photographer to make sure they use good lighting and to not cut off the backdrop. I'm still very upset about everything that happened and again, he didn't even try to make it right. I spent $2,000 for one day photo and video and looking back, I wish I would have picked another photographer. What I will say though, if the lighting on my photos were adjusted and fixed, I would have been okay. The fact that he didn't care to do so and was extremely rude on top of it just left me very dissatisfied.

She wrote the day down that I needed them by and told me to text her a day before to remind her. When I texted her I heard nothing back from her. She ignored me for several days then responded saying her "computer broke" and she was waiting for a new one. Her computer breaking had nothing to do with her phone and texting me back. If her computer really broke I feel like she would have said that when I initially texted her. Anywho, she then texted me stating I could pick out 3 backdrops to add to my photos free of charge because she didn't get my photos back to me on time. I sent her the backdrops I wanted with the pictures I wanted them on and still have not heard from her. This was over two moths ago! She is kind of unprofessional in my opinion for the price she charges. If you want someone honest with good quality and communication, I would recommend going elsewhere.
