Lucky for me, the other studio didn't call me back until after I booked 3 privates at Fusion. After my first session, I signed up for 2 more, for a total of 5 privates while I was in town. I've had a lot of private training and private pilates classes, and Amy is one of the best. Amy is compassionate, knowledgeable and a true teacher. She was mindful of my issues and gave me so many take-aways for me to use on my own. She also used some amazing heated props that helped loosen muscles and bring awareness to specific areas. My husband teased me that I would move to Asheville to continue working with Amy. Everyone should have this kind of training.

I often do yoga exercises, but wanted to really challenge my core strength. The Advanced Pilates "fire" group class I took did just that. I let the instructor know before class that I endure a lot of pain from scoliosis and how certain exercises cause neck pain, and she provided safe and effective moves that left me feeling rejuvenated and without any pain. I found Cisco and Alexis when a friend posted her challenge on Facebook in the beginning of the new year. So far, I am on day 36. I just one month, my belt size has gone down 2 sizes. Granted that I have been doing this with very good portion control and other exercise regime but without a doubt, my gains would not have been as powerful without this very non-invasive ab program. I have taken abs classes that last about a half an hour. You do them and you are sick. You are in pain and it just hurts. Generally, you only are able to do them one day a week - and who wants to do them more? This program is fantastic. It is the right way to ease into taking care of your core.
