Everything was set up well for the memorial. I didn't realize that I would be viewing an open casket so I definitely cried alot upon seeing my friend's body but I'm happy that he knew God. I walked in and of course I was mad. She immediately asked what the problem was and how she could fix it. I explained to her about the stolen vase and the sinking stone and right there in front of me, she issued 2 work orders. 1 to replace and secure a new vace and another to raise the stone above the grass line. I was a bit taken aback by how fast she did it. But, she handed it like a boss. I hate to admit this. But, I only come out here once a year. On mother's day. My dear Mother is NOT resting in peace, thanks to the current managers of Chestnut Hill.
