After over 10 years of service at Rose Hill Dentistry I am being denied service. As a recently handicapped individual, I'm concerned that I was singled out because while in pain because of my handicap I complained about an assistant squirting me several times in the face during a procedure. They knew I was y because I walk with a cane and had my service dog with me. Evidently they don't like complaints about poor service or service dogs. Besides, you never get the same dentist they're all part timers. They flip Dentists like pancakes, evidently customers too move on! read more

This place has terrible customer service. I had been going to Rose Hill Dentistry for close to 2 years now. For my last scheduled appointment, they charged me and my wife a $75 no show fee. I went in to explain that even though their notes show they called and left a voicemail that I had definitely not received the voicemail or else I would have remembered the appointment and gone. I asked if they could talk to the boss and let them know that I would like the charges removed since I didn't receive the reminder and politely explained that I would not be able to remain a customer otherwise. Then a random customer that was also present started lecturing me about accepting responsibility for my actions and the lady that works there which I was speaking to didn't stop him but instead started piling on about the boss not caring about losing customers. This was all incredibly disrespectful to say the least. I informed them that the financial agreement I signed listed the no show fee as $50, so I paid $100 and left. The correct response from them should have been "I'm sorry that you seem to not have received our voicemail reminder for whatever reason, since this is the first time you've missed an appointment, we will waive the fee for this one time and we will also be sure to remind you by email next time." However, since they obviously do not care about the customer, that wasn't what happened. read more

Nope! I walk into this clinic with a throbbing face, tears streaming down my cheeks, and no insurance to pay for any of it. I tell them that I need help and will pay for it out of pocket even though it will cost me every dime I own. So they schedule me for an appointment. I go in, they take x-rays, they see how my teeth are rotting out of my head, schedule me for a root canal, and offer me pain meds and antibiotics. I tell them from past experiences that Vicodin (hydrocodone) never works for me. She says "Ok, I'll call you in something else." What does she call in? Lortab, which is literally the exact same drug, and in generic form it's literally 1:1 the same pill.....thanks for listening... Paid them cash on the spot and left. Next surprise was going in for my first root canal only to find out they do not do any sedation, gas or general anesthesia AT ALL, which in turn triggered a panic attack as I sat in the chair. They just kept telling me I need to snap out of it and be a big boy. Insensitive!! Dr. Chen then comes in to perform the procedure, shoots me with local anesthetic, and THEN decides to tell me "Oh, we shouldn't do this, you need to have this extracted." She gives me a referral to see a specialist and asks me how the Vicodin worked. Obviously I tell her it doesn't, so she wrote me a script for Percocet. Guess what, IT WORKS!!!!!! It actually dulled the pain!!!!!! So now I am scheduled for FIVE tooth extractions about a week and a half out because my teeth have rotten away and have exposed nerves. I have been in EXCRUCIATING pain the entire time. Well, the extremely small amount of Percocet they gave me ran out in a matter of days, still leaving over a week before I see the specialist. I was still in a lot of pain!! I call back to tell them this and from this point forward they have treated me like a drug addict!!!!!! I kept calling for Dr. Chen but she was "never there", so I had to speak to Dr. Phan who just kept telling me over and over how I "shouldn't still be in pain". NO SHIT SHIRLEY!! That's why I'm calling!!! After what felt like pulling teeth (pun intended) I finally got her to call me in a small script to hold me off. What does she give me? Vicodin again!! I told her this does not work 1000 times over and over!!!! So I take it anyway, low and behold, PAIN PAIN PAIN!!!! I call back again and she refuses to speak with me and refuses to do anything for me. She made the receptionist basically tell me to fuck off. After refusing to speak with me, she made the girl offer to "call in a script for Tylenol".....how frickin' insulting is this!!!?!? Even the receptionist clearly felt bad.. Well, here I sit, with a god damn throbbing face, with no sleep, no food in my stomach, and inability to concentrate at work because these insensitive and judgmental people refuse to help me. Thanks for nothing, Rose Hill Dentistry. :-( read more

I went to 4 dentists in the area that I really disliked before finding my home here. I even recommended my dad when I thought he was getting taking advantage by a big chain. They took AMAZING care of him even though he was difficult got confused a lot. Bless their hearts! I am thrilled I finally found a place I trust and will continue to send anyone I talk to because they are the best. Dr. H takes time to explain his thoughts and reasoning behind his decisions which is priceless. The Office Manger/Front Desk, Angela is very kind, funny, and super patient with my entire family. My 21 year old son and husband can be a pain to get ahold of but she does it with grace. I hope they stay in business forever! They just did my son's Invisalign and his teeth are looking amazing! I had an appointment with Rose Hill Dentistry, but it didn't work for them so they changed it to a day when the parking lot was closed for resurfacing or something. I figured they were closed, but no, they expected me to park at a shopping center across the street and hike to their office. When I explained my confusion to them they slapped me with a $50 no show fee. So I can't tell you whether they are good dentists, but watch our for their appointment person and their accounting office. read more

They are very accommodating and professional. Convenient underground (and above ground) parking located in a strip mall. Stay far far away. The quality of service is not what I would expect from any dentists office in Kirkland and surrounding area. Shortly after my office visit I was in the ER with a massive infection that caused my cheek to swell up. Since I already paid from my crown, I reluctantly went back to have it installed. Less than 3 years later the crown has popped out. My new dentist at Lakemont Family Dentistry noticed there was a small hole in the center of the crown and that the biting area was was too thin. After contacting the Rose Hill office I was told I needed to wait 2.5 weeks before the doctor can inspect the crown and that there would be a charge for setting the crown again. Ironically, my current dentist was able to see me immediately and wasn't charging for re cementing. I highly recommend you look for an alternative office. read more

today I had an early morning appointment, before I arrived I was bombarded with disappointments professionally and personally. I arrived feeling anxious and concerned about an abcessed tooth. I wanted gas, music, anything that would relax me. First I was treated by Emily who was kind, soothing and helpful, Before I knew it she handed me a radio, I immediately turned to the classical station, it did the trick. then Dr. Wu came in and she was professional, gentle and helpful. It was one of the better dentistry experience I have ever had. I have lived in Orange County, San FRan, Boston, Chicago, Minnesota and Denver, so I really have a point of reference. I am very happy and you will be too. I agree with DL, gas would be great but music really does soothe the savage beast. read more

One of the worst dental experience I had. I had a trauma to my gum for a single filling. When I came back to get it fixed basically Dr. Pham said she is not able to correct it! and after I explained how my professor suggested to fix it she reluctantly fixed it halfway and let me go.
