I was met by David, who took my information and called in Ivan, the Bernina expert, who was able to diagnose the problem and replace the broken part then and there! Both service men were so friendly and helpful and they really know their machines. I took their advice on best usage of this state of the art overlocker, which I now consider my dream machine.
