I rarely go to the dry cleaners but will be coming back to this place. Workers are very nice!

This is a lesson into how to lose a long-time customer: Twice this year I brought back a shirt that I got back from the cleaner, where the shirt was dirty. Instead of making an effort to clean it again free of charge, the owner wanted to charge me again: not for regular cleaning, but for dry clean. The 2nd time he also was rude to me. The guy insited he returned all my clothes over the phone and was giving me attitude. I showed up to the store, he brought my clothes he said he lost and didn't say a word. no apology, no admitting he was wrong nothing. If you use this service , better check if you get all your clothes when you pay them. Better yet, go to another dry cleaner. read more

I picked up a shirt, wore it the next day, only to find out the sleeves were burnt. I drove there and showed the damage, the owner claimed Armani Exchange does not know how to make shirts that withhold regular Dry cleaning. He refused to pay for the shirt and only gave me a $25 credit. read more

Ruined a $60 dress shirt (looks like it caught on/in a machine and pulled). I very nicely and politely brought this to their attention, explaining that it was a new shirt that I had only worn once before dropping off for cleaning with them. At first the guy at the counter told me they could fix it and to come back in 3 days. When I questioned how that kind of damage could be "fixed", he called over a woman named Claudia. Claudia said the shirt couldn't be fixed, as I suspected. She also told me there was no way it could have been ruined during dry cleaning because if they ruined garments they'd be out of business. So while "accidents happen", they apparently never happen at Rose Cleaners. Not only wouldn't Claudia/Rose Cleaners reimburse me for the cost of the shirt, they wouldn't even refund the money for the cleaning. read more

Rose's Cleaners ruined my carpet (the carpet just shed all over the place after the dry cleaning) and ruined my husband's Boss suit. When I pointed out that they failed to remove a soup stain on the sleeve (which I put an orange stain sticker on), the girl proceeded to remove the stain with her fingernail. Yes, her fingernail... which ended up snagging the suit. When I pointed out that the sleeve was now damaged and that fingernail is not a proper cleaning method, the owner came and yelled at me and told me that I was overreacting and that the suit was already damaged when I brought it in (How would he know??? He wasn't even there when I brought in the suit and when the girl damaged it) and then he told me to leave. So unless you want to get your clothes and carpet ruined and get yelled at, don't bother going there. read more

I had a Ralph Lauren flannel shirt I took in and when it was returned there were bleach stains all around the neck and on the inside of the shirt and on the front side of the shirt by the collar that dripped down the shirt. I went back and did not receive anything in return. Not even the $1.95 to reimburse for such a lousy job they did and ruined a $100 flannel shirt. They blamed it on "the maker." Last time I checked Ralph Lauren has a little bit better of a reputation when it comes to garments than Rose Cleaner's in little Mt. Kisco, NY. Safe to say that their poor customer service has forced me to go to another cleaner's down the street. read more

Rose cleaners has lost many of my items. I will never use them again. Make sure you don't do delivery so you get a ticket you can check your items against. read more
