For one under…read moreyelp reveiws "kennys" reveiw should say "I am the part owner, married to the owner so let me talk up my childcare center" praying on families who want good care. I would look elsewhere because Paula runs this like a place of business / money maker, high staff turnover and incredibly blatant about flaunting money. The bull mountain location hosts a trailer that is sitting in the driveway that Paula OWNS. There are also jet skis housed at this location, that Paula and her family own. You would think the owner would be more humble but this not the case. The google reviews of this daycare are saddening because Paula can comment back and most of them she has to defend herself because quite frankly she can't face the facts. And those reviews on Google are real harsh of her. She says "your perspective or your perception" alot. Well people see threw the fog smoke and mirrors. The experience here at first was great with no turnover in 2022. 2023 came around and new teachers constantly without notice of the old teachers leaving. This is worrisome as children are developing and yes I get it PAULA you're gonna have turnover. But you would have less if you would treat people nicely and not hide behind your wads of cash. Paula I did not like the way you treated the teachers or responded in the app. When we left you were unprofessional and didn't address us for days. You gor your payments and were FAST to send a request for money once you realized we were leaving when you pulled your tuition hike. Ya ya I get it you need money you have overhead, but ya sure seem like your praying on people's money. Don't let it bite ya. Also, I'm sorry but a few weeks notice last year in 2023 for a 15% increase with ANOTHER 5%increase in 9 months is disastrous. Someone didn't think this thru or go about it nicely. And yes it's confirmed parents still pay when Paula goes on vacation, the workers don't get paid. She nets the money which is ALOT. again look elsewhere. I still can't believe her husband has a yelp review on here and one of her workers. Classless.

It was hard to see such talented teachers leave because of poor working conditions. It also made me concerned that my son didn't have teachers who knew him well. It was jarring to drop my son off to new teachers so often, and have beloved teachers leave without notice from the daycare. I would not recommend this daycare because of the constant staff turnover. Daycare teacher working conditions are children's learning conditions. If you are looking for a daycare, I'd encourage you to look someplace that values its staff, so that they can be caregivers you and your family deserve.

We were very excited to have a finally found a place.... She sent me all the paperwork and I printed it and filled everything out and sent it back. She made it clear I needed to send it back within 1-2 weeks to save his spot as I did! I was quoted 960 for three days for my soon to be 3 year old. A week goes by and never got anything from them so I had sent her over a email and then never got a reply after that as well. Then I eventually called and talked to Diane and she told me she had been very busy and apologized and said she got all of my paperwork and would get back to me very soon. SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. Weeks later my husband calls and she tells us that she's been busy and now the price has not only gone up FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, but the hours are also shortened. Clearly she was avoiding us! Not going through with the paperwork so they can charge more... would not recommend this place! Very shady! They even sent me a parent door code in the welcome email! Smh.

My child attended the Jenkins location for 8 months, and the issues I observed were very concerning for any child. Because of these continuous issues we decided to leave this facility. Firstly, safety standards at this daycare are shockingly lax. There were numerous instances where I witnessed safety hazards that were simply unacceptable. On a daily basis there were unsecured gates we would walk into during drop off and pick up. The main gate to the outside door was constantly left open, and the door latch was left down. The very flimsy gates were easily able to be opened, pushed over, or just downright left open for children to wander. One day I walked in to see a child in an area, past the views of the teachers where they had access to the outside doors. The toddler room is also concerning because there is ZERO safety lock or latch on the door leading to the parking lot which is right next to a high-traffic street (Murray). Also, multiple times I would walk in to see staff on their personal phones, not looking at the kids. I called the Department of Early Education and this was actually a confirmed complaint from another parent that reported this as well. (Along with other verifications of staff not meeting first aid/CPR training). Equally concerning is the quality of staff. Their lack of enthusiasm, disengagement, and apparent disinterest in the children's well-being were evident. I found the staff to be unresponsive and lacking the necessary skills to handle the responsibilities associated with caring for children. One of the worst things we witnessed was the rudeness of some of the "teachers" to the children. I can't even count how many times myself or my husband would walk in to someone yelling or talking down to the kids. One staff member in particular, sneezed and said she was allergic to children, she would yell "attitude check", make a child feel uncomfortable being watched in the bathroom, or something else negative towards the toddlers. She would also say it loudly and sometimes pretending it was a joke, but kids don't understand that. It bred a very negative environment. There's also a noticeable absence of structured learning activities or any semblance of educational guidance. It's disheartening to see a place meant for early childhood development failing to provide a stimulating environment for learning. What they have tried to implement just seems like a sales tactic to "justify" their rising costs, and doesn't seem to land because the staff is just not trained or passionate. As a parent, you hope that the people you choose to look after your babies are good, capable people, and that just isn't the case here. I strongly advise parents to reconsider choosing Mari's Little Lambs for their child's care and development. The safety issues, absence of educational structure, and subpar staff make it an unsuitable place for any child to thrive.

Our daughter has absolutely fallen in love with Emily, and it's easy to see why. Her school is thoughtfully designed, spacious, and filled with multiple rooms for the children to play, learn, and interact. They have an incredible outdoor area--big and brimming with various activities. The children enjoy plenty of outdoor play and a routine filled with circle time, learning time, play time, snacks, lunch, and much more. We receive daily updates with photos and highlights of the day's activities, which we absolutely cherish. Emily is one of the few teachers I've seen truly engage and really "play" with the kids, and it's clear they adore her for it. She is kind, gentle, attentive, and very thoughtful in how she guides my daughter and the other children to make independent choices. We cannot speak more highly of Emily--our whole family has come to love her. As we embark on the journey to Kindergarten this fall, we know we will miss Emily dearly. Thankfully, she is available for date nights, day dates, and pre-scheduled care when she can. Emily, thank you so much for loving our daughter, helping her learn to read, and being an amazing example of kindness and care. If you are fortunate enough to have your child/children at Emily's school, rest assured they are in the sweetest, most caring hands.

From the very first day, Fareshteh aka Grandma welcomed us with open arms and instantly made us feel at home. She's the heart and soul of the daycare, and her warmth and love set the tone for everything. Masu aka Grandpa is there as wonderful support and backup, and together they make an incredible team. Dropping our little one off each day feels like leaving them with the grandma you always wished you had as a kid. Fareshteh pours so much love and attention into every single child. Every meal is home-cooked with fresh, organic ingredients, and you can tell how much care and intention goes into everything she does. Don't get me started on birthdays! Beyond the incredible care, Fareshteh provides so many enriching experiences for the kids. There's always time for creative arts and crafts, engaging educational activities, cozy nap times, and even help with potty training. Our little one lights up every morning when we arrive, and that peace of mind as a parent is everything. Fareshteh and Masu don't just care for children....they nurture them, teach them, and love them like their own. We're endlessly grateful to have found Lyda Daycare. Moving to a new place can be hard, but this beautiful duo turned it into home for us.

At a previous daycare, drop off was dramatic and hard with crying and the inevitable parental guilt. However at Lyda, after just 2 days, my boy looked forward to his time there and was able to give me a hug, a kiss, and turn to go inside. That has never changed and means so much to me as a parent. The home is inviting and calm. Ferrshteh is loving, kind, and dedicated to the children. I highly recommend Lyda daycare.
