I ordered a 14inch Chicago style dep dish pizza for delivery and it arrived which about half of the pizza topping slid to one side of the box. This may have been the delivery drivers fault so I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt here. I tried to push the cheese and toppings back onto the pizza so it is eatable. If you have tried a real Chicago deep dish pizza, then this pizza will be pretty disappointing in comparison. The crust does not resemble pie or have any seasoning. It tastes like very basic crust and it was soggy within the 25 min drive over to my house. In my opinion, even dominos and Pizza Hut have better pan crust than this. The next disappointment was the sauce. I am not sure if it just went bad that day or if it always tastes almost rotten but it was a huge let down. The toppings also seemed to just be added to the top like a regular pizza instead of like a real Chicago pizza where they put the toppings in the middle mixed with the sauce and cheese and add a layer of cheese and sauce on top. Considering that they charge about $2.89 per topping (anything additional after just cheese), I thought they would at least put a good amount of toppings, but I was again left disappointed. They only put a few pieces of each veggie we added (green peppers, mushrooms and onions). They also added an exorbitant amount of cheese. I usually love eating leftover pizza the next day, but this pizza was such a disappointment that I was almost forcing myself to eat it so it doesn't go to waste. The whole pizza overall felt like a very low quality pizza with almost rotten sauce. I don't think I'll be trying their pizza again. This pizza is amazing. I ordered custom.. thin crust. You can taste taste the garlic in the crust. Each ingredient was very flavorful. I had the Italian beef. Nicely seasoned. The sauce was nice acidic and not sweet; I'm not a fan of sweet sauces. As a whole the pizza was balanced. It arrived on time. I went here Thursday night and it was a much much better experience than my first Rosati's visit at the Richmond location. Why ? The pizza tasted much better mostly from having enough salt. The cut-off time for deep dish was not as strict and closer to closing rather than 830 exactly when they closed at 10 for the previous spot. The lady here was much more welcoming to me and other guests who obviously know her by name and greeting picking up orders. The guy running the Richmond shop came off as an unwelcoming dickhead when I went to that one. I ordered a 10 inch Chicago Deep Dish Pizza with Italian beef, green olives and extra mushrooms. Very rich, very delicious, well-seasoned in the cheese n sauce and balanced in ingredients. Very good crust with a thick, but semi-crispy and semi-doughy feel to it. Buttery, flavorful and kind of sweet. The sauce was very good, a bit tangy, aromatic and really bold in tomato base. The cheese was thick and filling complimenting the sauce. The toppings were great and fresh as well as generous in amount like the crust, cheese and sauce were in their own ways. The Italian beef was very intense in taste kind of like sausage, but stronger rather than spicy. The green olives were very good and earthy. Most places sadly don't seem to have green olives, but glad they do here. The mushrooms were also very good, earthy and catching. Extra was even better. I picked up some Chicken Wings mainly for some family. They were great, kind of spicy and nicely juicy with a good, outer crust. Great, efficient and friendly service. This location had it all and even closer with smoother roads to n from my house. I will be back in the future for sure. First time trying this new to the area pizza chain, tho had a good reference from my aunt in Austin. We got 10" Chicago Style pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon. Very delicious and will get again. I ordered three pizzas a Chicago style with sausage, thin pepperoni and a thin classic for pick up. The staff was friendly and our order was ready on time. Pizzas were packed nicely and still hot. Let's get into the pizzas! The Chicago style slaps! Everything about it was great from the sauce to the dough! This pizza was amazing! The thin pepperoni and classic was pretty good not as flavorful as the Chicago style but loved the thin crust. This little gem is tucked in Riverstone and there is plenty of parking. I ordered a 6pm delivery at 3:30. Driver arrived at 6:35. Deep dish Chicago style pizza was good. I ordered sausage, and there was literally only one piece of sausage. I'm giving them some leeway - just found out that they just opened a few days ago. Coming from the hospitality industry, I know how difficult it is to open a new restaurant. The first few weeks are crazy. I didn't expect perfection. I think with a little more time, they will get better. (Crust needs a little salt). Not bad, but it needed more flavor. My husband has been craving Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and a flyer we got had it on their menu. Finally, we went to pick one up and I ordered Spaghetti with Marinara sauce and asked for anchovies and black olives as I love Spaghetti Puttenesca. I leave this review after much thought about my experience. Having visited Rosati's Sugar Land several times, have found the food and service on the decline. Visited the restaurant and found the dinning room extremely hot. I asked another patron if they were hot and they confirmed it was hot. It had to be warmer than 80 degrees. It was so hot that another customer waited in her car for their order to be filled. The manager/cashier was neither cordial nor remotely pleasant to deal with during the ordering process. The sandwich was small, lacked flavor and not worth the expense. The chicken was low quality, the sauce was bitter and the bread was not fresh. Wish them luck but after 3 strikes, they have lost my business. read more

I don't know if this is the same company as the one on 723 in Richmond, but comparing the 2 is like comparing Pappas Steakhouse to Chili's. The Riverstone location is small, best suited for takeout, and doesn't have a full bar. The pizza is also monster step down. I LOVE Rosatis Chicago style pizza and am a native Chicago suburbian. Have been to the Arlington Heights location numerous times so was very excited for this location to finally open. I have a mixed review, the flavor of the sauce was amazing! Toppings were all plentiful and flavorful. However, the crust was not Chicago style, nor was it tasty. It was thicker than the usual Chicago style and almost tasted like a flat bread. I gave it 3 stars because the filling flavors were perfect. I'm going to hope it was just a bad night for the crust. I've had Rosatis in Richmond and their crust is perfect but, honestly, the Sugar Land fillings were better. Lastly, service could've been better. We had pickup and waited longer than necessary. My husband and I ordered a pizza in person at the restaurant and then we waited at the table while the pizza was being prepared. There were no other customers around. The employee working at the cashier proceeds to sit at one of the tables and is scrolling through her smart phone while listening to loud music (coming from her phone).
