It seems for some reason EVERYONE's pizza has been disappointing lately. We seldom order from this Lou's since it is a bit out of the way, but had a family member going past so ordered at New Lenox Lou's. The pizza and wings were delicious. In fact, one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. Usually don't order wings, but those were meaty and well-sauced. Got the ranch to go with them. Perfect! I stopped by their booth 4 times spaced apart by 2 hours from earliest visit to latest. The real issue is that each time the two young girls were receiving communication that "the pizza will be here in ## minutes. Where ## ranged from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. My last stop was a mistake. I relied on a 20 minute promise. It was actually 45 minutes. I missed seeing Toad The Wet Sprocket sing 4 of their songs. I'm unable to eat the typical greasy food at these types of places. I had no other choice but one smoothy and that was not enough food since I had not ate for 8 hours. Whoever is managing or owns this franchise is totally incompetent. If I was given a truthful answer that next pizza available in 2 hours I would have ate a dried out pretzel at some other venue to sustain me.

We are a regular customer of this restaurant and their home deliveries and are not a stranger to them. Usually a home delivery takes approximately 45 - 50 minutes On this particular delivery something went terribly wrong. At 6:30 PM we were getting concerned and about to call the restaurant. At 7:00 PM a neighbor several doors down the street called us to say they received a pizza and thought it was theirs, but after opening it and looking at the receipt thought it might be ours. Thank you, neighbor. Your concern for detail and accuracy far exceeds the delivery operator and restaurant. We scored the $42 pizza as a loss that will not be repeated.
