Great pizza! Great Italian beefs with motts dipped! Everything is always super hot wether it's delivered or picked up! Had beefs again!! Consistently great!! 12/9/15 read more

New to the Antioch area and looking for a new Pizza place. Tried Rosati's. Ordered a pizza with 4 toppings. Which they have a special price on. They only heard 3 of the toppings I wanted. They charged me about $10 more for 3 items than they would have if they had gotten the order correct with the 4 items I ordered because the pizza did not have aIl 4 items. I mentioned the missing toppings when I picked it up. The young man said he read the order back to me. It was getting late and they were close to closing so I didn't want to make a big deal about it. Checked the web site when I got home and was ticked off was I saw the price difference. Called to check about this unfortunate situation and was told the order taker was new and did not know about the Fab Four deal. But they opted not to do anything about the situation because they read the order back to me. I guess in their mind it was my fault that a first time customer did not know the ins and outs of their ordering system. A real caveat emptor company. I prefer companies that try to look out for their customers. read more

First I ordered at 4pm for 530 delivery, I placed it in advance, didn't arrive till 540. That really doesn't bother me. I ordered "Qty Description Amount 1 14" Chicago Style - Chicago Style Pepperoni Italian Sausage Left Half Onion Right Half Fresh Garlic Regular Sauce $26.99 Subtotal: $26.99 Tax: $2.16 Driver Tip: $4.97 Delivery: $4.00 Total: $38.12 Deep dish is an expensive layered bread cheese, stuffing cheese, sauce. This is just a normal pizza with sauce on top. I grew up ordering Rosatis. Maybe chef ramsey needs to come in and see standards on a Chicago pizza to a Chicago resident have gone. A slice should be 700 calories, this is mostly bread, no layers, No chicago pizza, it's a thick crust pizza is all with the sauce on top You got 2 stars cuz it at least tasted good, even though it wasn't prepared right, anything to save a buck I guess Edit: I think this my first Yelp review on a restaurant, I'm pissed, for the cost, I could have prepared a better pizza, I'm a good cook. Better yet for the cost, that's 4 dinners. if restaurants are to survive, they need to bring their A game... take it to an 11. Right now it's a 2. read more

Pretty sure it has changed hands. Used to be a 3 Star at best. The pizza is now the real deal. Quality ingredients and the mozz is perfect. Not overly salty as in the past. The dough is perfect. Get a thin crust( not cracker thin), double dough or pan pizza and you'll be delighted. However, if you choose a double or pan they pie cut the pizza............ So, be sure to tell them your preference of slice style. Quick service. Personable employees/ owner. Ambience is what you expect from a take-out place. Clean, neat and a lot of hustle-bustle activity. read more

We admittedly ordered a mere 25 minutes before Corona closing time at 7:45, but I am still a customer. My pizza was undercooked and the box was so so soggy that my delivery driver had to call and warn me to pick it up by the bottom. It was so important to close down that we threw my pizza directly in the box and then into the delivery bag. A waste of $40. I'll stick to Domino's going forward. The order was placed June 7. read more

This is the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had to deal with. They are horrible. And the front girls are clueless. Every time I try to give them another chance, they show you why you just can't come here. I work in the food industry and I totally get it if it's busy.. but it was not busy at all... read more

Foods ok. A little over priced. Didn't like that I called in an order to use the buy any menu item at regular price receive a second item of equal or lesser value coupon found on their web site, only to be told it was for pizza and pasta only. Read the coupon directly word for word and still somehow I was wrong. I even offered to send a picture or print the coupon my self. If my gf wasn't so set on what she ordered I would have just canceled. Please update your website or offer the coupons offered. Poor customer service. read more

Rosati's - The coupon they didn't let me use.... - Pizza Near Me - Antioch, Illinois

Disappointed! I have ordered from there before and last time ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery. Received pizza on time and quality good but wrong pizza. Was sausage and onion. Due to late time that I ordered I accepted pizza. Called them and they said that they would give me credit which is fine! I ordered same one that I ordered when they goofed up the order and was told I have to pay an additional (roughly $10.00) delivery..service and tax fee!!!! Their pizza is good but this is last time I order from them because of this!! I would think due to their mistake I wouldn't to have to pay anything!!! read more

This location has delivery and dine in. They serve pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches, and various other appetizers. This franchise's home office is in Chicago and has numerous locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. We decided to dine in. Our food was hot, and delicious. Waiting time minimal. The staff was very polite and attentive, and I would definitely recommend Rosati's for anyone looking for Italian food. Plenty of parking, and conveniently located. read more

Not what it used to be. Beef is boiled and salty. I asked for au jus on the side, dude in the kitchen didn't know what that was. Had to say "juice". The juice turned out to be fat and nothing more. Pricey too. Drive 10 minutes more and go to Portillos read more

Rosati's - Super boiled beef from Rosatis - Pizza Near Me - Antioch, Illinois

NOPE! 2nd time there and the last. Ordered lasagna and nuggets. Both were disgusting. The lasagna was almost cheese-less. The sauce was a thick cakey paste that tasted like it had turned. The portion states feeds 1-3, well the size was half of other Rosati's. They are way over priced as well. The nuggets were dry and tasteless and smelled like they were old. As if the oil was old. Had a urine smell. Pay over $30 for this crap. Never eat here. Save your money. read more

Called to place an order and after giving my order 3 times got an earful and when I said your gonna argue with the customer I was told by Jay the owner I don't need your business call dominos and was hung up on I called back and was told he doesn't need this s*** he also owns the one in gurnee and the Chicago red hots in both Antioch and gurnee so be advised read more

Italian Beef is fantastic!!

Twice in a row we've been completely disappointed with their pizza. This time we ordered a 20" with the half off coupons and it seems like they went light on all of the toppings. There's barely any cheese or sauce, and they forgot the onions, so instead of making it again, they added grilled onions at the end. We called and asked if they changed the way they do their onions. No, just forgot them. They didn't even offer to make it right. Just "I'm sorry". I recommend Antioch Pizza instead. Rosati's used to be, by far, the best pizza in town, but it's gone downhill. Antioch pizza is cheaper in price and much better overall than what we've been getting from Rosati's in Antioch. We have enough of those 50% off coupons to get 3 more pizzas. We'll be trying Fox Lake next time. read more

Food was good. We ordered couple pastas, they both were delicious. Garlic bread is just awesome! Lasagna was delicious too. Italian beef was hot (used to be just warm) which is a very big plus. Thank you! Will definitely be back for more read more

The family decided to try a different pizza place in Antioch. Ordered 2 veggie pizzas ( family besides myself are vegetarians). Picked up order only to come home to see pepperoni. Called to let them know. Owner said bring it in. Upon arriving and him seeing a full pizza no slices missing he mentioned that we ordered pepperoni. I told him that i ordered two of the same pizza! He continued to argue that i ordered meat on one. I asked him to show the order receipt. He then said he would replace for 1/2. I said no it is not fair for me to pay for your mistake. It is a half hour of explaining him this is not fair and u r running a fowl business. I finally walked away and left the pizza there. My loss and lesson learned to never order from this creep! read more

Ordered for some late night food. Our first experience wasn't so great as we tried to order with Uber just to end up getting our order cancelled. Turns out they didn't have half the items we ordered anymore. So instead we ordered through Yelp and ended up getting less food for almost the same price. Food arrived half an hour early so that was a plus. The food was surprisingly good. My girlfriend got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and loved it, especially the garlic bread claiming it's the best she's ever had. She also ordered a chicken ceaser salad and liked that as well. I ordered a small pepperoni deep dish pizza, and it was pretty decent. It was kind of bland compared to other pizzas but it definitely wasn't the worst I ever had. Overall, 3/5 stars. Food was decent, but the ordering process kind of sucked and we didn't even get half the food we really wanted to get. read more

Went there at 11:30 pm on August 9th and the staff were so nice and patient with us. When we were waiting for our food I noticed the staff was smiling and having a good time even though it's so late. Opened my food when I got home and the food was great! read more

I have been ordering from Rosati's since we bought our home here 4 years ago! I ordered every Friday. 50.00 a week!! Then 2 weeks ago I called from my friends house because I was helping her with the kids. And I had the rudest! Employee. He was laughing at me and when I said what's your problem he continue to be rude. I asked to talk to the manager and he told me he was the manger! I then told him I was coming in here and hung up. He then called me back and continued to be rude. So now I refuse to order from them! read more

Ordered a sandwich through the slice app. I ordered it from Chicago red hot didn't know Rosati's was going to be the one who delivered. So when they came to my job I didn't take the food because no one told me the Chicago red hot was going to be delivered from Rosati's. That isn't the reason for the one star really. When they did come back after like 30 mins the food yes was cold and then they didn't even bring the whole combo meal. I told the delivery guy there was suppose to be a drink. He said they never gave him a drink and to call and complain to the manager. The delivery guy wanted to take no relatability for not having the drink. When I called the guy who picked up asked if I wanted the drink or get a credit on my next meal. And becuase I plan to never order from here again I said yes I want the pop delivered. When the new delivery guy came becuase the other one wouldn't dare come back they said they had a pop for William. My name is not William. And another time I went to Rosati's I asked if they sold pizza by the slice. They said yes so I went in wanting a slice of cheese and pepperoni. They said they only had one slice of pepperoni. And no cheese. I said when will it be ready he said he wasn't going to make another pizza for a slice. It was only 3:30 pm didn't understand a pizza place that didn't have pizza made. I told my kids we would just go to Antioch pizza where they do sell and have slices of pizza. This place is just no good. read more

Bad!! Called in an order for pick-up, lasagna, calamari, and eggplant sandwich. Guy delivered it. Cost $23. He didn't have change. Wanted to leave him a $4 tip and was forced to leaving $8 (it was between a large tip or no tip since he had no change, I know what its like to work for tips so figured a big one was better). Opened order, no calamari, fried mushrooms instead. I called to let them know. I was put on hold and when the woman got back on the phone she said "the girl that took your order was 7 years old when we last served calamari. she told me she told you there was no calamari and you said you would take mushrooms. we haven't served calamari in years"... made me feel like it was my fault I ordered something then received the wrong thing. Then she asked if I wanted credit or what she should do. Told her I was unhappy and just wanted to let her know. She gave me major attitude, told me to have a nice night and hung up. Will absolutely never order from them again. I would have received credit but she was SOOO RUDE on the phone that I don't want to have any business with them. I'd like part of my money back and part of that big tip but that's out of question. Also, lasagna was cold. Not just like it was warmed then cooled down, it was very cold in the middle. read more

I'm personally a Lou Malnati's fan, but Antioch Rosati's has fabulous pizza. We are big fans of the double dough pizza, cooked well done. I used to love this place. Their beef especialy. I went in there last night to order dinner and the owner Jay was extremely rude to me. I was using a restaurant.com gift certificate and was trying to reach the 15 min limit. When i placed my order he told me the total was $14.97 so i changed my order to an x large fry instead of large, only a dollar more. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added to the the total. When i gave him the gift certificate he told me my total after the discount is $12.50. I questioned him as to why the total is so high and told him to recheck it because it is wrong. He insisted it wasn't wrong and i said whatever happened to the customer being always right. His response was F*CK the Customer!! I was so offended, I will never be returning to this place. read more

Best delivery in Antioch! Pizza is average, but we stick with the Baked Ravioli, Grinders, and apps. Food shows up timely and HOT!

DO NOT EAT HERE! We used to love getting carry out from here. Now it's awful. They changed the cod to what looks like Gordon's fish sticks. The cod used to be great. I ate 2 bites and threw the rest away. That's saying a lot for a 250 pound guy who eats just about anything. The fries were so under cooked we all threw those away too. What a huge disappointment.
