I haven't had Dominos in quite a few years and was craving their hand tossed so I ordered from here for delivery a simple cheese and sausage. The person taking order on phone was thorough and polite. The order arrived hot and very fast. My only complaint is that we ordered a cheese and sausage and they MAJORLY skimped on the sausage. Some pieces only had 3 dime size pieces of sausage...and 1 of my pizza slices had only 1 piece of sausage...I mean COME ONNNN! I don't know if this is a company policy to skimp or it's just this individual Dominos but it's enough of a disappointment to make me go back to the other pizza places in the area. Bummer... read more

012526 at 11am. Antioch, IL. Dominos I ordered at 7am for 12:30pm pick up. Only to attempt to cancel due to the weather. I called twice waited for 10 minutes each time no answer, then hung up on. Tried calling a third time. Finally answered. I advised I wanted to cancel an order. I was asked, "did you already place the order"? What are you an idiot! Yes, I placed an order! I want to cancel. DO NOT order from this location! Twilight Zone employees. Adios Pedro. read more

Horribly slow. No one answers the phone. The customer support makes it as difficult as possible to cancel an order. Shady company, support a local pizza place instead. read more

Worst experience ever. After placing my order and waiting an hour and a half I decided to call. Phone rang for over a half hour with no one picking up so I drove to the store instead. I walked in to hear the phones still ringing(my call included). The line was out the door of pissed off people waiting for food some longer then I had been waiting. I instantly cancelled my order and left. I will never order from this location again and would never suggest anyone to order from them. Other great pizza options in the area! read more

It took over 40 minutes to just prep my order. It took another 20 minutes "baking" and another 60 minutes to deliver the food. I do not know how long it would be for the driver to deliver the food. Because after waiting two hours for the food, I decided to call to store instead. Once I called, and asked what was going on? The only response from them was " I'll just cancel the order" it's as if they never cared at all. Absolutely dissatisfied, unprofessional and lack of accountability. Not even compensation from their end after waiting two hours and counting. read more

5-7-22: Tried calling twice because you got my order wrong! Both times I got disconnected before you picked up! I wish I has better choices in the area because you guys just don't care! I order jalapeno cheese bread w NO BACON! We don't eat bacon and you put it on there! YUCK!!! Fix this if you care about your customers! 3-4-22: Order was processed wrong and instead of fixing the mistake they want to charge me for another one? Bad business practice! November 2021: Wheres my order? Online it says the driver left 45 min ago and no one has showed up even though I live less than 10 min away? When I call to inquire you dont answer. I'll never from here again! read more

So I ordered spicy Mac and cheese. It turns out that if mostaccioli with cheese and no spice

Stopped ordering from here 2 years ago because we could never get the dominos to answer phone calls or take orders. Called tonight to give another try and still cannot take any orders ever. Wish they would close to provide antioch with better contributing restaurants to suit the people's needs more than a dominos that upsets the town and disrupts peace. read more

I order on a pretty regular basis and have had issues with my orders more often than not for quite a while now. Taking almost 1.5 hours to get my pizza with the tracker stuck on "checking for perfection" only to receive an incorrect order, having my special requests completely ignored, among other things. I usually just redeem my 15% off apology coupon and get on with it because when the order is correct I really enjoy it. Today, my order was left on the porch with no knock or notification of delivery via the app/text. I just happened to see the driver pull out of the driveway. I order from this location weekly and get a 10 inch most times, so I can confidently say that they tried to pass off a personal sized pizza for a 10 inch for whatever reason, whether that's lack of ingredients or who knows what. I called and had someone answer ready to take an order and then "transfer me to that line" when I told them what I was calling about where I held for 5 minutes and was hung up on. So I paid for delivery only to have to interrupt what I was doing to go drive to the store to show them the receipt and pizza and get my refund for their mistake. The manager's response was that "this is what their 10 inch pizza looks like". Anyone with two eyes that has previously seen a 10 inch pizza from literally anywhere could tell it was not. It didn't even fit the box as if it was the correct size and nobody in their right mind would pay that price for a pizza that size. I ordered this same size last week and it didn't look like that. The entire pizza was equivalent to about 4 pieces of pizza and with delivery and tip cost $22. I got a refund, but the customer experience as a whole left quite a bit to be desired and I will start considering the multiple other options I have for pizza in the area due to that. read more

They got my order wrong, said they would give me a credit but never did. I went back to ask first and replacement order and was told by the very rude manager by the name of Kristin that she would not replace the order and they don't issue credits. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area so Domino's is off our list. read more

Don't bother. After calling to ensure my order was received through the app I arrived at the store to be told I didn't call that store by the manager even though I VERIFIED I was speaking to the RT 173 location. The person I spoke to 20 minutes earlier point blank lied that he ever spoke to me EVEN THOUGH I GAVE HIM MY ORDER NUMBER. Horrible experience. read more

This is the worst excuse for a restaurant. Placed an order, said 40 minutes. not a problem with us. called at pick up time, they said 30 to 40 more minutes even though DOMINOES LIED and said it was started with the tracker online. Same thing happened last time but I gave it another shot. All done with dominoes. read more

Worst experience. 1 hour 25 minutes later, we drove there to find the order of a medium pizza had not even been started! No apologies or even any updates! 6 other cars waiting and also irate. We cancelled order and will never go there again. read more

Today I had the most unpleasant experience of watching the assistant manager Giselle speak to her employees as if they were below her. I don't know what type of environment dominos has set up with management there but I've never been more appalled at watching someone who is in charge treat and talk to the employees the way they do infront of guests. How unprofessional!!! Should be ashamed!! Definitely taking this up with corporate. read more

When u pay for something and it's not delivered, then u contact the store and explain your whole order is not delivered, store manger says "sorry we will deliver the remaining order" and it never shows up. These are things I payed for and also gave the delivery driver a nice cash tip... I work in the industry but to not complete my order and essentially steal my money is completely bullshit. read more

I have ordered multiple times from this dominos. When I say multiple, I've lived in Antioch for a decade now and I order plenty of pizza. I usually don't write reviews but I'm just fed up with this Dominos. I'm not a difficult or hard order and I never order something from Dominos that they don't carry. I order a Sausage and hot sauce pizza. That's it. And 9 out of 10 times the hot sauce is forgotten. Now it may not be for everyone but it's what I enjoy. I've left so much feedback on both the Dominos app and website and I have never once heard anything from them and I have yet to see a definitive change. Every now and then a pizza will have hot sauce but I've never had two orders in a row from this Dominos be correct. I've paid for sauce and not gotten it and had to wait almost an hour just to get it. Now mind you I've never had a problem with the drivers or the delivery people, they're always willing to run back to fix it but at the same time it then takes them 20-45 minutes just to get back. I'm not even 10 minutes away from the store. The sad thing is that Dominos offers the feedback option but they don't do jack about it. read more

This place is terminally late. Our prior order was placed online at 4, with a scheduled delivery at 6; arrived at 6:30 with a shrug and a comment about how busy they are. Tonight, while Halloween and Bears on TV was a nightmare. Ordered at 5:42, the Tracker said went out at 6:45. I called at 7:31 and was assured they were slammed and running late, but their guy would be there. Called back at 8:22, as the tracker now showed my food was delivered, and was told it was still here sitting on a shelf. I wasn't charged, and 20 minutes later the manager brought the food that wasn't sent out when it was supposed to, but 3hrs and 9minutes from order to delivery is ridiculous. read more

never had any problems at this location until yesterday. ordered a pizza at 5:30pm & i was expecting it within an hour, 2 hours pass by & still nothing. tried calling & was on hold for a good 15 minutes... so i decided to just drive to the location only to see my order sitting on the shelf! the girl was rude about it, my pizza was COLD & it wasn't even cut the whole way. definitely not going back. read more

Usually I am very happy with the dominos in Antioch IL but last Friday I ordered online and selected curbside. When I got to the dominos location I checked in online and also on the text message so they knew I was there. I sat there for 15-20 mins just waiting for someone even just recognize I was there. Nope, nothing so I called 6 times with no answer, it just went to a message service. All the while customers and employees and coming and going. Now I choose curbside for a reason, COVID and I had my 6 month old baby with me, which I'm not bringing into public places. Finally this young women pulled up next to me and I asked her to go in and let the dominos employees know I was there, outside and waiting. This young women who I did not know and wasn't even there for dominos, she was there for the salon, picked up my order and brought it to me. I was so thankful for her kindness in a pandemic. I gave her $20. What is the point of curbside when they don't honor it. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because their pizza was still yummy. read more

Forgot my garlic dip, so I couldn't eat my cheesy bread. Nobody got back to me. It was a delivery order and it took forever to get.

Crappy service. Rude people. I've ordered from this location for many years. I will no longer be ordering from Domino's due to being told that crushed red peppers and grated cheese would be a $3.00 charge. I've ordered from this location 3 times now. Keep trying to give them a shot because my wife likes their cheesy bread. Every time we order we get and estimate of "39-49 minutes." Yesterday I placed an order at 6:35pm. Called at 7:55 to ask if they got our order. Kid on the phone said they were running behind and it would be there soon. Finally had our order delivered at 8:42pm. Same thing happened the first two times I ordered as well. Honestly just go to Antioch Pizza if you live in Antioch. They say it will be an hour and it's always less. An hour may be long, but at least they don't tell you an hour and show up 2 and a half hours later. read more

Decent price for a good pizza. Hand tossed crust is yummy. Always have coupons to use. Can save big money and enjoy good pizza.

I ordered food from there site that was easy. The driver did not ring the buzzer to my apartment, called mt phone and had an attitude in both voice mails he left me. Called the store asked for the manager and he had an attitude with me. My food was brought to my place 45 minutes after they tried to deliver, the second driver was nice but the food was cold and the breadsticks I ordered were undercooked. I tried to call them back and I heard someone in the background and then was hung up on. I'm going to be contacting there corporate office to talk to someone about this. read more

The ability to track your order online as it is prepared, cooked and inspected, is pretty cool. I found the time between coming out of the oven and the time it took to get out the door was totally unacceptable. The pizza was warm at best. I love the pizza here and it's really affordable. I've never had a problem and the delivery people are very nice

You are seriously getting what you pay for, good quality pizza that's amazingly affordable. I love using the online coupons to save on pizza. The other pizza shops in the area would charge a bit more for just the pizza. For the price of one pizza in any other place in the area, i get pizza, chicken, and pasta. No problems at all and friendly customer service, in-person, Delivery, and over the phone. read more

This will be the last time we order from Antioch Dominos. Every time we have ordered, they mess it up, or forget something. This time, they forgot our soda, and twists, also there was no alfredo sauce on our pizza, I will admit I ate about 1/3 of it, because I never had alfredo pizza from there, but my husband knew there wasn't any, when he got home. He took the pizza back, to show them, they said there is nothing they can do, and took our pizza. I called and got in an argument with so called management, we have crappy food, and no pizza for my husband to eat now, and the will not replace it or even care to try to keep us as customers. I know people rarely read these, but I feel so helpless and pissed, I didn't want to order from them tonight, because last time they put all ranch sauce in the alfredo pasta, instead of alfredo, They really do no care about the people ordering from them, or what they're doing. Not to mention, they're usually late, and delivery cold food. read more

I felt kind of bad ordering a pizza so late, not knowing what time they close. Not only was it so PERFECT that we ate every single bite, but our delivery driver Tom was so awesome! I like chicken wings and let me tell you it's like you guys pick sick chickens. The wings are tiny and they came with little sauce. I've ordered three times from Antioch and the driver gets lost every time and food is late always. I've even cancelled orders because of it. I used to work at dominos and I used the map they have with no problem. Fourth time the credit card receipt was unreadable and I didn't know where to leave the tip. The driver said our boss is cheap and won't replace the ink. Like wtf!!! I will never order dominos in Antioch ever again. Johnny in Fox lake does it right. I've even carried out from Antioch and there staff seems to have there heads up there ass. That place needs new management. Some cheap Jew running a business.
