Although we like jjs...Co-workers and I have about given up at this location. Orders are constantly wrong and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get extra jimmy peppers. I've offered many times to pay extra with no luck. According to other reviews as well this one needs retraining. read more

Placed order at 9:50. Online accepted order and took payment... I get a call five minutes later that they turned their ovens off at 9:45pm. They close at 10. She said she will refund my order, and that was it. No offer for another visit. Nothing. I will never order from Jimmy John's antioch again. They shut their ovens off and close early on a Thursday night. read more

I decided to give Jimmy John's another try. First they couldn't get the register to work, then I look over and the guy is making my sandwiches with bare hands, no gloves! Gross! Get home and tried the sandwiches and the turkey tasted old. Ended up throwing both sandwiches away. As a side note...the place really needs a good cleaning!! read more

I would not even rate it. I stopped in a few days ago to order a sandwich at Antioch location, get it home and they added mayo' when I requested none on it. Call and the man said to come back and they would make it again. Then I get there today for the corrected sandwich and again the girl starts to make it with mayo, told her, "I said no mayo. " So she slaps down the sandwich she started, no apology and makes someone else's order. When I saw she added mayo again to the next sandwich, told her again, then she states it wasn't my sandwich. In other words, because I told her, no mayo; she decides to have me wait and do someone else's sandwich that places a phone order. When the other gentlemen made my sandwich after. I specified to him that is attitude, and she tried to interrupt, to justify instead of an apology. We are the customer, we pay their salary and if you make a mistake apologize and do as the customer requests. This is not the first time I've had orders that were not done at this place correctly, in fact I had not stopped in for some time. I want to give nearby businesses a chance to prove themselves. The owner of this establishment should see the video as to what she did and that should be enough to know, the customer was not taken care of. It's pretty bad when businesses will not do anything to correct the things, their employees are doing wrong and some of today's kids think they can continue to get away with this type of work style, what happened to ethical behavior in the workplace. They think they could get paid for acting like this! There is no guidance, to teach and mentor young people going into the workforce. Probation, to make sure they are able to listen and learn-doing it Right!, helps businesses grow and have great reputations, but when kids run the businesses without guidance, you get what you pay for!!!!!!! Never stopping, HERE IN ANTIOCH, ILLINOIS AGAIN. read more

I came into. Jimmy John's in Antioch Il for the first time. I. Today I was I ordered a drink. For .69 cent. Which is what tbere menu on the wall said When I record. My receipt. Was good. But the fact that. They would not give me a discount for there mistake. I will. Never be back read more

The bread was SO stale as to be inedible! Hard as a ROCK! I complained about this before, but this was a whole new hardness. Nasty. I'll never go back. Subway in Antioch has really fresh bread. Go there. read more

Got to the store at 8:45 after seeing online they close at 9. Neon lights were off. Ran in and asked the girl working if they were open and she said "can't you tell by our lights off that we're closed?" I said "ummmm you're supposed to be open until 9 miss thing" and she went back to mopping the crusty dusty floors. Went to the round lake one, and I hope the owner knows the employees are rude and stop taking money before they're supposed to close. read more

No point in ordering ahead. I ordered ASAP ahead when I was 10 minutes out. When I got there the order was not ready. There were two people who were in line when I got there they put their orders in and got their sandwiches before I did. Also no option to change tip due to poor service. read more

I love Jimmy John's but this is probably the worst location in a 30 miles radius. They are always "short staffed" (an excuse) so they're always closing way earlier than what's posted. You can't ever get a delivery because they're "short staffed" on drivers (another excuse). And half the time, the app doesn't work or even have this location available as an option (like today). The high school kids who work there have garbage attitudes and huff and puff whenever they have to make a sandwich. Management better figure something out and put these punks in check quick because Jersey Mikes across the street is kicking ass and taking names. read more

I went to Jimmy John's I order four sandwiches and four chips not sure if it was the mask or they just didn't understand but the lady only gave me three sandwiches they were all different It was funny because I didn't get the correct order and still I am hungry read more

I went in to the Antioch location with an hour before close. As I walked in the floors were wet bc the were mopping and as I went to place my order they informed me that they didn't have any bread except wraps. Not a very good business model when you run out of bread when you're a sandwich shop. read more

This was freaky, but not fresh or fast. They did try to fix it though. Order wasn't created online the first try so we had to enter everything twice. 30 minutes in we get a phone call saying they were just waiting for their driver. 30 minutes later the driver arrives. Takes him a while to get out of the vehicle. They forgot the cheese and the onions on one of the sandwiches. We called to get the freaking dollar they charge for cheese and they say, "we can't refund credit cards but we can send the driver out with the $1 cash or the cheese". We said not to. However, shortly after we were done eating, someone delivered the $1 and 4 giant cookies to the door! That was kind of cool. read more

I went in there and almost purchased one of their overpriced shitty sandwiches for 10 bucks when I asked for a cup for water. We don't give out cups for water- a 5 cent cup. Stay out of business losers. read more

The person taking my order was very rude and they rolled their eyes at me when I couldn't hear them say thank you because they were blasting music. Also I ordered a number two number 4s and they gave me 2 number 3s. Pretty sure the guy taking my order was on drugs. Do better read more

My sandwich was good I would go again my only problem is 30 minutes to wait then messing up my sandwich. Out of 4 employees talking instead of working. Walking in no "hi" or "Hello" and one employee wasnt wearing mask. read more

The food is fine, but they are so slow! When you send in an order at 10:09 for 12:15 delivery and it's still hasn't arrived at 12:38, there is a problem. Call the manager and all you get is excuses and the runaround. read more

The latest commercials from Jimmy John's only serve to highlight the corporate middle finger that they give to their delivery zones. They'll deliver 5 MINUTES away.... NO MORE. According to Google Maps I'm 6 minutes from the restaurant but that's because you have to go around the LAKE that is in the way. If it were straight shot I'd be 2 minutes away. Common sense delivery zones... c'mon Additionally, it's laughable that they claim the delivery zones are for 'sandwich integrity.' It's really for corporate greed and selling more franchises... the lie is thinly veiled. The delivery zones may work in dense populations, but out in rural counties it really is just a big middle finger to would-be customers. read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one with no sprouts. Had it delivered. Took two bites and found spouts. Son called the place and they said we would have to return the sandwich to get a new one. He told them to forget it. 30 minutes later the delivery guy shows up with another sandwich and asked for the original back. We said no. So he left with the new sandwich!! How about a credit toward the next order. Im not going to send it back partially eaten to have them just throw it away or worse, scrape the tuna off and reuse. I picked through the sandwich to get off a many as I could. read more

I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. Not good at all. Don't wanna hear Covid excuses either. I ordered the veggie and they literally put cheese on the bread .... Really! Then the employee making the sandwich was not professional at all. I'm all for enjoying work, but they have fun and don't represent the brand well. Never going back. read more

My friend and I walked into the restaurant and they took her order but totally ignored me at the register and I waited for them to acknowledge me for 7 minutes and they were very rude and uninviting. Also after they finally made my order 15 minutes later, we had to pay .53 cents to get ranch...AFTER WAITING 15 MINUTES AND THEY WENT IN THE BACK OF THE STORE AND NO ONE WAS THERE!!! read more

Freaky Fast NOT !!! Ordered online and after an hour I called and they said your order is out and that orders usually take 45 min to an 1 hour and that it should be arriving soon. Well, it has been an hour and a half now and still haven't got my order. I only live 3.5 miles away. I could have driven here and back 10 times. I would say next time it would be better to pick it up and save the delivery charge and tip, but there isn't going to be a next time because this is ridiculous and will not give them another dime. read more

They do sandwiches quickly and accurately for a reasonable price. Quick service with a nice staff. A quick in and out and back on the road. Perfect read more

Not much to say . It's Jimmy John's. Fast food sandwiches. They do put the Subway across the street to shame. They also do a better job of serving a quality lunch then the Culver's across the street as well. If you're in the area and looking for a decent lunch option, go with Jimmy John's over the Subway and/or Culver's. A far better quality lunch option. read more

The sandwiches re good but I can't go there. The parking for people with disabilities is blocked by their outside seating area. I addressed this issue twice with 2 different managers. Guess what? The tables and chairs are still in the way of the parking for folks with disabilities. Thumbs down Antioch Jimmy John's! You can do so much better! read more

Really... your going to beg for a tip for the delivery driver on the phone? How lame. I will give the driver a tip when he arrives with my food intact. Please do not beg my kids for a tip if you deliver to them. Also don't you charge for delivery? Here's a reality check.. pay the drivers more. read more

A mistake Jimmy John's seven or eight times a week. I always get the number 11 with leaf lettuce not shredded lettuce. The short young lady with dark hair who was working today 12/16/17. Decided it was more important to lose a customer than to let me have the leaf lettuce. There are a bunch of very young employees working here. I will not be coming back. read more

Freaky fast, no so. The day im in a hurry, service was slow. Still love their food.

I have ordered for delivery from here numerous times, at least 20. I'm seriously a mile away, and I just ordered a simple sub, as usual, pay over the phone and think everything is all set. I get a call about 5 minutes later saying I am out of the delivery zone. Wtf?! As I said, in super close and have ordered many times. The man on the phone was so rude, saying that "it's a hassle and usually to ignore it, they deliver to me, but they can't keep doing that" If that's the way the manager wants things to go then fine, but don't have 90% of your employees deliver to me and the other 10% sound like assholes.
