Their patience, dedication, and communication through the Brightwheel app have given us confidence that he's in great hands. Our son has learned so much, from surprising us by counting to 10 (without us ever covering numbers) to developing strong social skills and friendships with kids he's known since he was an infant. It's been wonderful seeing those friendships continue through birthday parties outside of daycare. We also appreciate the variety of activities beyond the daily curriculum. He is loving the summer camp program, and it's obvious the staff put a lot of effort into making every day fun. The biggest reason we recommend Over the Rainbow is simple: every morning, he runs into the building and is excited to be there. We look forward to another great school year!

Over the years, I've never had a negative experience with any of the teachers or staff she's had the privilege of knowing. As a mom, there's no greater comfort than knowing your child is surrounded by so many caring adults. It truly feels like she has a second family there, and that's something I could never provide on my own. The amount she has learned amazes me. Almost every day she comes home with new vocabulary, funny expressions, better manners, and new skills. Even learning to share has been something she's picked up there. Watching her confidence and independence grow has been incredible. One of my favorite parts of Over the Rainbow is the communication. I love receiving photos throughout the day, and it's always easy to reach her teachers when I have a question. I also appreciate how much effort they put into family events. While I can't always attend because of work, they're always thoughtful and well organized. The kindergarten graduation ceremony was by far the sweetest event I've attended--it was so clear how much the staff genuinely love and care about the children. It honestly makes me sad knowing my daughter won't be there much longer. These early years are so important, and I'm incredibly grateful for the role Over the Rainbow has played in helping shape the kind, curious, and caring little girl she's becoming. She is our first child and I am as over protective of a father as they come. I had so many concerns finding a daycare- the biggest being are they people i trust, is my daughter getting enough attention, and is her safety a priority. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Twin Lakes. My mind is completely at ease while I am at work and my daughter is there. She (from what i can tell) loves it there (she cannot speak yet). I am greeted every morning by friendly faces- Amanda and Kate are great. They have followed all of our requests and instructions for our child perfectly. When i come to pick her up there are more smiling faces there, primarily Sabrina who is fantastic as well. I can go into more details and if anyone has specific questions please feel free to ask me. My children both LOVE to go to school and speak so highly of their teachers. My older son gets upset when I pick him up early as he would stay till close if he had it his way! This is a testament to the teachers who make it a safe, fun, interactive and happy place for children to learn and grow. My son who is in preschool comes home eager to tell me about the Science experiments that he participated in, brings home arts and crafts on a daily basis and is able to identify and write all of his letters and numbers. The staff takes such a nurturing approach with the children. I can remember when my younger son was in the infant room and a colic baby, how calm and supportive the staff were with him and with me. They are so willing to meet your baby/toddler where they are and provide support for their individual needs. The director is very approachable and always available to talk about your child's behavioral and social emotional progress. She truly puts the children first and it is evident in her staff as well. Their kind, empathetic and patient demeanor is what makes them so wonderful. I always say it takes a village to raise children and I am just so grateful that the staff at TLCC are part of ours!

The staff at Kindercare Mt. Carmel are amazing along with the current directors in place. Reflecting their curriculum on the needs for children to meet developmental milestones, they also offer amazing activities and fun projects to connect with other parents and students which i appreciate since most face-to-face interactions have been kept to bare minimum given COVID-19 restrictions. The pandemic has brought many trials and uncertainty, but I have never for once worried about my child's health and safety at KinderCare Mt. Carmel because they are very diligent on the safety of staff, parents and students there.
