My American friends stay away from this chain, especially the Siena store. The quality is not great…read moreand customer service even worse. I was talked into purchasing a pair of sandals that hurt. I was assured they were leather and therefore would stretch. The owner said to try them on in the morning before my feet swell from the extreme heat and if they continued to hurt I could return them. A few days later I decided to return them as they were too tight and unwearable. Well, I did not get a refund, only credit (welcome to Italy!). I ended up getting a different pair of sandals and a belt with my credit. The owner still owed me 2 euros and wouldn't even give me that. Never again!
Lesson learned. Don't go to this store. Spend a bit more and get good quality shoes and service!
