My American friends stay away from this chain, especially the Siena store. The quality is not great…read moreand customer service even worse. I was talked into purchasing a pair of sandals that hurt. I was assured they were leather and therefore would stretch. The owner said to try them on in the morning before my feet swell from the extreme heat and if they continued to hurt I could return them. A few days later I decided to return them as they were too tight and unwearable. Well, I did not get a refund, only credit (welcome to Italy!). I ended up getting a different pair of sandals and a belt with my credit. The owner still owed me 2 euros and wouldn't even give me that. Never again! Lesson learned. Don't go to this store. Spend a bit more and get good quality shoes and service!

What a scam!!!!!! This company says on their US website that…read moreyou have 15 days to receive a full return. Well....apparently not so, because when I tried to return my bikini (I bought many to choose the one I like) they told me: "We're currently having issues with UPS and their return labels not being created properly. We're working hard on solving this issue as soon as possible." A week later the label is still not showing AND nobody is replying the customer services emails. I will wait a few more days before I report them to the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more I just tried ordering, there was an error with my address so I called to fix it immediately after placing the order. I initially tried the chat. Didn't work. Then I called the US phone number +1 855 564 2351 on their site. It took me to a spanish/latin language immediately. When I finally reached the english department, the woman said they can not make changes to the orders; that their system doesn't allow it. I asked to verify my address on my order and she said to wait until shipment confirmation and check my address there. I finally said, you know, this is all very sketchy, can you please just cancel my order, She said her system would not allow it. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor. I insisted even after she said they were not available. Then she put me on hold and came back asking for my order number and that she would cancel it. Even though she said their system was incapable... she said she would make an exception. She was very snappy and offended that when I asked her to spell her name for reference that I didn't understand her European alphabet... Even though I was obviously an American calling the US number. Hopefully my order is cancelled. I will be contacting my credit card company to make sure they are not allowed to process the order. But long story short, everything about this company is super sketchy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Even if Julia Roberts did do an ad with them... not worth it.
