your store in cagliari has by far the worst customer service i have ever received!! let me just make clear first, my husband and i are residents here in sardinia. we own and operate businesses all over the world. im not contacting for any freebies. i dont need any coupons. what that employee makes in one year for income, i make in one hour! i was her rudeness that has pissed me off! which im considering suing. i was approached very abruptly and rude. the employees way of asking me if i need help was shouting at me in italian. once i asked her to slow down i didn't understand she said where are you from in english! so she knew english when i tried telling her where i was from she began acting extremely irrational with me and speaking even faster in italian!! so i began typing in my translator to ask her what is wrong and she begins getting louder, waving me away and then turns her back and goes to speak with other customers. i try to ask the other employees in the store and show her my translator and she just walks right past me. then i even try asking the only two customers in the store which was a couple and the employees told them tell me to go. they pointed at my husbands kids and said something about them. mind you the kids were right behind me scared because of all the yelling from your employee. i then tried typing in my phone to please calm down i have anxiety and your causing stress to me. i tried to show her my health certificate so she can see she needs to not stress me with her crazy ways. then i started not being able to breath and by law if i have an illness that calls for me to breath oxygen i can. so i pulled my mask down and gasped for air, the kids were even more frightened at this point. finally i said you know what you are an asshole! rude from the start!! she then said i understand you. so the whole time i didnt need my translator because she understood and chose to be prejudice against me and my husband children!! not only am i not black im dominican from america she is obviously prejudice against people from america. which is very said because now im going to make sure this store is banned. i not only was treated horribly in this store. i am going bring this to the attention of my italian lawyer. those two female employees do not deserve to work in a place with civilized human beings. those employees females are scum. i want a report filed against them and a response from the ceo. or my lawyer will begin stage one lawsuit. discrimination i have been passed around and handled horribly. if this is how this company treats their customers and children. then i call for a boycott!! i've still yet to speak with someone!!! racism discrimination harassment aggressive behavior you would think a company would care enough to comfort their customer, the children who were present (which have told you out of their mouth that horrible employee was even cursing at us!). disgusting people and a very horrible representation of sardinia!!! read more
