He was professional, patient and ensured all our needs were met and exceeded. When the car was ready for pickup the delivery team member Chris, was so accommodating and worked around our schedule. He spent a significant amount of time taking me through the car and all its features to ensure we had the best possible driving experience. On my way out, Jason the sales manager came out to greet me and congratulate me on our new car and expressed sincere gratitude for our business. From every contact point within the dealership we felt so well cared for and valued!

DON'T EVER get your vehicle serviced here. Brought my 2016 GLE 350d in for a trouble light on the…read moredash. Thousands of dollars later and six months they still can't fix it. I just ended up picking up my vehicle in a worse condition than when I brought it in. You guessed it, I had to pay for all that service and parts that they even admitted it didn't need. This leaves many questions. Why can't their mechanics fix their own vehicles? Even when you give them a few days to work on it, as they contact Mercedes Canada and get advice from them. They did this twice and on the second occasion they kept my vehicle from Nov 27 to Dec 19 and didn't even offer me a courtesy car. When you pay for professional service and all they do is throw parts at it hoping to resolve the issue, it shows complete incompetence. Why should I pay for their education? Yes, it was out of the warranty, and I don't mind paying for service if it is corrected. The type of customer service I received does not reflect the professional standards they portray or claim. There is a lot more to this story. You can guess where this is going. All social media sites and investigative reporting will be following shortly. DONT BUY A MERCEDES - especially from here.

I was warned by Shawn that the ride would not be as smooth just because the size of the tires. Within the car I enjoyed the autopilot feature and it was a fantastic feel to have a car basically autopilot me with navigation and only require my responsiveness for lane changes. The passenger seats were spacious. Lots of comfort with all heated seats. Even the passenger. The charge station mapped on the console was easy to locate and even confirm how many spots available. My one beef is the size, the SUV felt more like a minivan for size. It's a bit big for me and the windows are small requiring the dependency to the tech toys. I would definitely consider a purchase, once I figure out the financing.

With the 'we don't need you but you need Tesla' mentality give us a 2nd thought of buying the vehicle and changed our perspective of the brand as a whole. We are not too sure this is only about this particular dealer location, but this Oakville location is overall terrible. Showroom that looks like an old GM C- store in the 80's, customer service lounge that feels like a waiting room at a $40 oil changes off-brand garage, this particular tesla dealership is far from representing the quality of the brand that sells $70K for their cheapest vehicle. Other than a 'generic' follow up email, customer service / sales rep never have responded to any of our questions or concerns. When asked about trade in, instead of giving a respectful answer, the salesperson tells us that they don't really need any trade in, trade in is just the way tesla helping customer to break even with the lien. Break even with the lien??? we don't even have any lien on our 2019 car. Time punctuation is terrible as well, came 15 early from the scheduled appointment as requested by the confirmation 'generic' email, 20 minutes after the scheduled time, the vehicle is still not ready. I'm guessing this all summarized in a team that was compensated by a fixed income, therefore sales lead and outcome of leads and potential customers is not too important for them, furthermore CSI (customer satisfaction) is not what a major concern for them as well. Suggestion is that Tesla should not only concentrate on engineering aspect, but also sales & customer satisfaction. I guess Tesla should start consider franchising their retailers, that by which and certainly know how to manage automotive retail much better than these people and how to maintain portfolio much better for their future brand loyalty.
